Ive never written a review on Google before but my experience with Maurice Cossairt at White Sands Realty was so exceptional it would be a disservice to not write about it. This will be a bit long but I mean every word of it! My wife and I went into Naples and wanted to get an idea of what we could get at our price point and it was clear we needed local help. So after a google search and reading the reviews, we gave White Sands Realty number a call and talked with Maurice. We was surprised at the number of real estate agents representing Naples that dont actually live in Naples. We wanted a local expert. We got that with Maurice. Maurice is not only a real estate agent, he also has extensive building experience. His experience literally saved us more than 8% on the cost of new construction. Every time the builder we chose would say an upgrade would cost "X" Maurice was able to say what the actual cost was and the builder would lower the cost because Maurice was right and they knew it. For instance, I witnessed where the builder would say "but we need to put in additional plumbing" when we wanted to add a pool bathroom, but Maurice had looked at the blue prints and pointed out that they didnt need to because a rough in for an outdoor kitchen was already priced in. An option he also got greatly reduced in price. Things like that saved us tens of thousands of dollars. We spend two days with Maurice non-stop and he was always kind, understanding, and professional. The home my wife and I was interested in had not been built in Naples yet. The closest model we could actually walk through was in Sarasota so my wife and I indicated we was going to drive up to see it and Maurice went with us. He even drove which was a 3 hour round trip! I honestly believe if we had attempted to do the leg work ourselves or with someone less knowledgeable than Maurice it would have cost of us tens of thousands more and we would not have come close to getting what we are now getting. Additionally, since we are from out of state we need someone local we can trust to watch the construction and make sure the changes weve indicated are indeed happening. I am 100% confident that Maurice is the right person. I work in the technical field. I am out of my element when it comes to home construction and the building process. If you do not have the necessary skill set so you know exactly what you are doing I believe it would be a mistake to not call Maurice and get the skill set you need on your side of the negotiations. We could not be happier with the way things turned out and we believe this is just the start of a long relationship.

My wife and I decided to go out on a limb and relocate to Naples. We picked Mark Weber at White Sands Realty as an agent simply because I saw a picture of him with his family. Since we have a young daughter, I figured hed be able to help direct us with neighborhoods and school systems. It ended up being a great decision. Mark was great to work with. He was a great help in narrowing our choices of homes to explore, and took us out on a full day of showings. After getting to know us from just a few phone conversations and emails, and only one day of shopping together, he dragged us "against our will" to a home he knew we would like better than what we had seen. We fell in love with it. Sooner than we planned, he was able to assist with an offer, and negotiate a deal. Fast forward 5 months to the closing because the sellers are building a new home. Everything went smoothly, including Mark setting us up with a lease for the sellers to rent from us for a few months while their new home is being finished. It wasnt even a hiccup in the deal, there was no stress on my part at all. The sellers agents happened to be Derek and Jackie. All of the people at White Sands Realty were great, and Im sure weve formed some very long term relationships here. I never felt like we were at odds or had different interests in mind, and I would now consider these people my friends. Good thing, too, because were basically going to be neighbors!

My husband and I just closed on a condo in Ft. Myers. We could not have accomplished this without Steve and Gorana Saner. Living in NY and not knowing any realtors in SW Florida I randomly placed a search for the area we were interested in and White Sands came up. Steve contacted me immediately and within a day, Gorana had sent us all the current listings based on our requirements. We had 4 days of house hunting, and both Steve and Gorana made the most of it. We looked in both Naples and Ft. Myers. It turned out the first condo we saw was meant to be ours! Steve and Gorana couldnt have been more patient and kind. After looking at a myriad of condos and deciding on ours, it turned out that we had to provide a bank check or wire transfer for a deposit. Again, being from NY, our bank was not in Florida. Steve and Gorana offered to put down the deposit from their personal account taking a check in return from basically a perfect stranger! I dont know if that happens very often! Steve and Gorana were not trying to "sell" us a home. They genuinely wanted us to love our new home. They handled our walkthru for us. Steve sent a video of the unit the same day of the walk thru and followed up with the builders. I could go on and on as to how lucky we are to have met and worked with Steve and Gorana. They are not only a tremendous asset to White Sands, but to the entire SW area. Thank you again Steve and Gorana!

My husband and I recently purchased a new home in the Isles of Collier Preserve development in South Naples. Living in Minnesota, we could not have accomplished this without Steve and Gorana Saner. When we first started looking, I contacted White Sands Realty and a few others from an internet search. Steve reached out to me by phone within a day and immediately put me at ease. We had two house-hunting trips and Steve and Gorana made them both enjoyable and stress-free. It was like spending the day with good friends. Between these two visits, Steve and Gorana videotaped their visit to the Isles community, which had just opened, and sent us a link to the video. They thought the location, community environment, and price point were what we were looking for. And they were absolutely right! On the second visit, we ended up finalizing the purchase of our new home. Steve knew that my husband was also looking for a boat slip in the area. So, he found one for sale very close to our neighborhood. Steve helped my husband by contacting the marina, although he received no compensation for this. We feel so lucky to have met and worked with Steve and Gorana. They are good people and we count them among our friends in Naples. We highly recommend Steve and Gorana Saner if you are looking for a realtor in SW Florida. Thank you!
