Do not recommend for out of state investors. My experience was that they were not responsive and hard to work with. Even when I wanted to make an offer on a multi-family unit in Shaker Heights (B+ neighborhood), it was hard to get a hold of them. Perhaps its because they were too busy with other local or larger clients. If I could do it again, I would try a different firm.

My experience with FASS in the beginning was exciting because they were able to help us find the house we were looking for to rent and possibly buy. FASS is a little slow on responding to repairs but are a nice business. Anitra Smith
