Were new to the real estate investment market. After researching we purchased our first property through JWB. Gregg at JWB took the time to drive us through the neighborhoods that they have listings in as well as his own investments. The property we purchased was already remodeled with a tenant ready to go. The financing company he recommended was easy to work with. Since the financing company has funded loans on many other JWB properties there were few hoops to jump through. The property was appraised for the purchase price and we were done. The same story with insurance. The staff at JWB kept things moving and you felt like they were looking out for you. We never felt like we had to call and ask "where are we, whats going on...". Afterward, we decided wed try purchasing our next property in a different state to compare the benefits and returns. That went belly-up because the information provided to the broker about the property grossly misrepresented that state of repairs and improvements. We wasted over month of time and money and had to withdraw our offer. Bottom line is that we got spoiled with JWB. It only took trying to buy our next property from another "turn-key" company to realize it. We will be buying more properties from JWB and recommend them to anyone new to the market for investment properties. They minimized the worry about taking this leap and made it as easy as possible for us. Joe & Alison

When I started looking into real estate investment, the uncertainty of the return and maintenance of a single family house were my biggest concerns. JWB took out the guess work and showed me the cash flow calculation. With my first house, I was still unsure and took a trip to Jacksonville to meet the team. The adherent and spirit of the team amazed me. I selected my first house when I was there. I had my first house for one year now. JWB took care of all the maintenance and kept me updated w/ all repairs (even the ones w/ warranty). Its truly a "passive" income. The service they provide has been superior. With the experience on first house, I decided to purchase another house. After I specified my criteria, they found a suitable house. I viewed the video and pictures. With the trust built on my past experience, I bought the second house without seeing it in person. I know that this is the company that takes care of their clients and delivers their commitments. My husband and I purchased two properties in 2014, trying to move away from the paper assets. We are getting great returns on our investments and we are hoping to purchase more in the future. When we have questions or issues, they respond to us quickly and provide resolutions. It has been such a positive and educational process for us. One property ended in two evictions and one abandoned the property after disturbing all the neighbors. We lost a lot of money and wished we never invested in this. When the property turned, it cost over $4000 to repair and cleanups, which is a shocking amount JWB should be managing the property and finding quality tenants, not placing one bad tenants after another at our expense. While other turn key real estate companies often employ pushy sales techniques, JWBs sincere, consultative approach to working with clients was refreshing. I have the privilege to work with JWB as their insurance agent & therefore get to know the homes that they build and renovate very well. They do all the right things like making certain that the roofs, plumbing, electrical work, etc. are all in excellent working order, which my underwriters love, & so do their clients! While its no surprise that this leads to many repeat purchase clients, I am always impressed when I get to work with the same satisfied clients again & again (often on 5 or 10 purchases!). I also see a lot of the other side of the industry where "fly by night house-flippers" try to cut corners to make as much of a profit for themselves as possible & that is a nightmare for the client & me, their insurance agent, when they have the inevitable claim. Really, I cant say enough good things about JWB & their team! I will continue to refer them to my friends & family.

My wife and I have been investing through JWB Real Estate Capital for over 3.5 years. For the most part, we have been lenders to JWB, having loaned to them on over 25 properties (as many as 10 at a time), receiving back all our principal - each time without fail - and interest rates that made us smile. When we lend through my IRA, they prepare the all documentation that goes to my IRA custodian. All I need to do is read it for accuracy, sign & date, scan & email it back... they do the rest. Their work with me is very accurate. They really make it that simple. If only all companies offered client support like theirs! I think JWB is sincerely a first class organization, and would highly recommend investing with them, whether as a lender for them to purchase and refurbish a turnkey home, or actually purchasing one of turnkey properties for yourself.

In 2015 I purchased my first "passive income" property inside my SD IRA through JWB. The professionalism of this team is first class. They made the process comfortable and smooth for the newbie that I am. Their continuous support and communication is a breath of fresh air in a world of less than desirable customer service. Their mortgage guarantee was a big help to me because it took a little longer than expected to rent my property. I love that they incentivize themselves. JWB went above and beyond to increase curb appeal while marketing the property and again after it rented they filled a request by the tenant at no cost to me! Ive worked with 3 other turnkey providers and working with JWB was the best. They have great communication and are very responsive. You start with weekly calls and then they taper off to monthly calls after your purchase. The first thing they did was ask me about my goals to learn more about me as a person and an investor. They werent pushy and were very patient with all the questions I had. After we learned more about each other, they walked me through purchasing a property through them. Everything went very smoothly and I even watched a Youtube video on the walkthrough of the property. Ill definitely be purchasing the next property with them soon.
