cannot comment on the real estate part of the business but I can comment on the Property Management portion and it was not satisfactory for me. The first time a tenant moved it took me nearly 2 weeks to restore the property back into a rentable condition. This last (and I do mean last) time I found the refrigerator door closed so mold had been growing for 3 months. I had been assured the door would be left open. The handle on the kitchen sink and microwave oven were both broken. The inside of the oven had obviously not been cleaned. The tenant had built a fire pit directly over the inground sprinkler system. They used our landscaping bricks to build it. I addressed these issues by email (paper trail) and never received any response.
