I cant say enough about how wonderful it has been to work with the Officer Group! Shaun was so helpful on every level of this experience. Not only is he knowledgeable about what he does and the real estate market, but he made the process incredibly smooth for us. He was there every step of the way to assist with any questions/concerns we had, and kept us on track throughout the process. He is very attentive and responsive, as well as patient and understanding (no matter how many questions we asked, or how many times we asked them). We would not have gotten our home if it werent for him being on top of it like he was; he notified us before the house even hit the market. I highly reccomend working with him - you will not be disappointed! The expertise and customer service is unsurpassed.

My hat is off to Mr. Brad Officer. It was time for my Mother to give up her house and move to Atlanta with my wife and I. I was dreading the amount of time and effort it would take to sell a house in Jacksonville while living in Atlanta. Thanks to Brad and all of his staff it was totally painless. Had a contract in less than a month and closed about a month after that. If I move back to Jacksonville I would absolutely contact Brad to find a house for me and my family.
