this office would have to be the rudest office in town. These people are so bad that they hang up the phone on people instead of resolving the issue. After I closed on the house the lock boxes were still on my door knobs making it very difficult to go in and out of the house without banging the lock boxes against the door jambs and putting big dents and chips in them. I dicided to change out all the locks as they are a set of 4. then I gave the realitor a courtousey call to let them know I had their lock boxes. I set my door knob out side so the realitor could pick up her lock box and instead of taking her lock box and leaving my door knob she took my dor knob. When I called she said she thew it away. when I called to speak to a manager they just kept hanging up the phone on me. she stole my door knob and yelled at me for calling her about it.

This office has been under new management since 2014. The agents are friendly and willing to work hard for their clients. I decided to work here because the company culture was inspiring. Not sure who the previous commenter was having trouble with but I dont believe it to be an issue now under the new management.
