If I could leave less than one star, I would. These people provided the WORST experience ever. They are thieves and want to milk you for every dollar you have. I rented a house along with my parents at the property of 2309 Anhinga Drive in Lakeside. We lived there for 2 years and Im glad I was able to leave as quickly as I could (I personally, only lived there for 1 year, but my parents stayed there for an additional year). When we moved in 2014, the house was FILTHY, fu**king disgusting with the amount of roaches we found. I personally had sleepless nights where I was paranoid to even walk outside of my room. The guest bathroom had mold, so beware! Two years later when we were getting ready to turn in the house, they charged us an additional $90 for a "cleaning fee ", even though we left the house in WAY BETTER conditions than we found it. They lacked communication on their end and we even had a professional cleaning company come in to thoroughly clean the carpet, to find out that Watson installed new carpets after we moved out(what a waste of money). So even though we cleaned the carpet, they still claimed the carpet wasnt clean enough which is total BS. Last but not least the property has a pool and included in the rental fee is a pool maintenance charge. However, once a week, the maintenance guy stopped by to literally drop a pill and didnt even touch the pool or clean anything, whatsoever. To end our wonderful experience, we had to pay an additional months rent even though we didnt live there because the "owner" wanted to. This was a horrifying experience and I truly hope this provides an insight to any potential renters. Best of luck!!!

Stay away from Sandee Goldberg. She wont even schedule a private showing unless you give her you pre-approved letter. Shes ridiculous. I called her abour a property that my friend was interested in viewing and Sandee literally asked me to email her my friends personal documents without his consent. Is that even legal? If youre interested in viewing a property through Watson Realty in Kissimmee and the surrounding areas, expect Sandee Goldberg to be your realtor because thats the only way that youll be able to view the property. I wish that I could give zero stars.

Holding Golden RE

We put an escrow deposit for a short sale and it took more than 8 months and we still did not receive a response from sellers negotiating company. We submitted a cancellation contract to get my buyers escrow back since our contract expired and it has been almost 1 month and we have not heard back from them. I have sent multiple emails, left voicemails, and even went in person to the office and nothing. Very unprofessional company to work with, so buyers/clients/realtors beware!!

I bought a home with Irena and Suzanne Aistrop and what a wonderful experience. They were knowledgable, professional and always available to answer any questions I had. I was a first time home buyer so I definitely had loads of questions! If you are looking to buy in the Kissimmee area be sure to stop by the Watson office and ask for Irena or Suzanne Aistrop.
