I met with the Broker Moe Musleem today. I was scheduled to meet with Moe at his office 2:00 earlier this afternoon to talk about renting a home from him. The was posted Online, on a popular public website under "Homes For Rent". The Posting, said that it was a "Handyman Special For Rent". I called the the phone number that was printed in the Reply Section of the Posting. I spoke with a person at the office and they, told me the home is available, and one of the requirements to lease this home, was that I had to make repairs to the home and the property. I was told that, I had to pay my a monthly rent and pay for the cost of all the construction materials, and I was required to pay for te100% cost of the labor and sign a One year lease. I was given an address to see the property and I was asked to do an assessment of the Damage to the home. I then, drove out to the home. I was told that the front door was open. When, I got there, I was surprised that the home was "For Rent".It had trash stacked in the yard everywhere. When I walked in the house it smelled awful. There was, Rat droppings in every room and puddles Urine through out the entire house. The ceiling was falling into the living room and the bathroom had no walls or ceilings. There were Roaches and Spiders everywhere . I met with Moe today to talk about the rental home and the terms of the lease and home repairs. He was very rude to me, when I met him today. He told me that, I was late and he would not rent to me and asked me to leave office. I would not recommend this office to any of my friends or Home Buyers.

I was listed with a major franchise for 6 months, got two low ball offers. After listing expired, I interviewed 4 different real estate agents in seminole county, I chose Remax Legacy as Moe Musleem gave me option that if not satisfied I can cancel the listing without any penalty and gave me his agent. Which I never knew, after 16 days, they did open house and redid my listing with their lender, I had three full price offers which I accepted one. Closed on 9/20/2017 and got a renter also thru their Property management division also. Thank you Moe, wish I had come earlier

Closed on home for my son in Lake Mary. Nice people & very classy and efficient office. Agents know what they are doing, had inspections issue and last minute issue with the lender, got it resolved and closed. Will definitely use them again and recommend them.
