I recently purchased my 7th home in Nov. 2014 (Downtown Orlando). Ive had the opportunity to work with numerous Realtors(r) throughout the years. Darryl ranks #1 by a long shot. Darryl Hunt exceeded all my expectations with the swift sale of my former property at price. I chose Darryl to represent me on the repurchase of my new property. He worked with me consistently while I was traveling outside the country. He located the exact property I had discussed an interest in purchasing. Darryl negotiated a very favorable purchase price that all parties were comfortable with. The fact is, I signed the contract to purchase sight unseen, given the trust I have in Darryl. When my wife and I decided to buy an investment house in Orlando, going with Darryl was the obvious answer since he helped us find and negotiate our current home. Darryl showed us numerous investment properties and helped to target the best option for resale. Darryl - like the times we had worked with him in the past - made us feel like his only client. During the remodel, Darryl was always available to either offer some advice via email or stop by the house in-person to chime in. Once the house went on the market, our home felt like Darryls top priority (even though Im sure there were other people just like me clamoring for his attention) and he did everything he could (short of buying himself) to ensure we sold it. Now that the house is sold, with some extra time to reflect, my wife and I just have to applaud the job and effort Darryl put in to our sale. All around, a fantastic job by a real nice guy. First and only agent I will ever use. My wife and I first met Darryl at an open house that we stopped at, months before making the decision to purchase a home. Once we made the decision, there was no question that we would be calling on Darryl to be our agent. He is such a nice guy and he held our hands through the entire process of purchasing our first home. He had our best interest in mind at all times, and was not trying to sell us just any house. He wanted to make sure the house was right for us and that it was a good investment. He answers his phone and text messages whenever you call him. Darryl truly loves his job, and it shows.
