great course to learn real state principles great teacher they work with you to learn the math formulas for the exam, good environment and clean place to do the class, is a great course after work. Recomiendo la clase si quiere tener conocimiento en los Bienes y Raizes de la florida. excelente lugar despues del trabajo para sacar la licensia las clases en espanol muy educativas y comprensivas.

Although I am not required to take pre licence course because I am an attorney, I decided to take the class in order to enrich my career. After researching the various school options in the Orlando area, I chose IFB Real Estate School because they provided me with the concise information, skills and tips to maximize the best possible results in the state exam. After reviewing the class materials, I was able to pass the State Exam on the FIRST TRY. Definitely would recommend this school to anybody who is in the process of taking their Real Estate sales associates pre-licensing course. As a timeshare sales Rep I wanted to stop getting paid by salary and earn my full income potential I decided to go get my real estate license . The instructor is really knowledgeable and confident, great materials the entire staff was really supportive and helpful with every step to help us prepared for the state exam!

It was an excellent expiencia do during 45 h post license. It was dynamic and fun .What learned more interesting, remember and practice a slogan, "The important thing is not to reach but remain" so is the Real Estate !! As the teacher Jennifer !! As we affectionately call him and lets remember !! A woman with great strength, intelligence, knowledge, and experience represented in their school !! I will miss the girls in my group.
