As an investor with a decent amount of experience in purchasing properties at accurate prices for resale purposes, I am astounded by Ed Hrus complete lack of respect and disinterest in serving legitimate buyers such as myself. I requested that he submit an offer on a property that he obviously did not personally favor, so, after roughly two weeks of wasting my time with multiple information requests, he politely suggested I find a buyers agent to submit my offers. He, quite condescendingly, refused to represent my offers. I then called Ed to discuss his refusal to represent my offers and his response was that he will not submit, or represent buyers that wish to submit, low offers. My recommendation is to just simply do what he suggested to me; go around Ed Hru and cut his commissions in half by always using a buyers agent when dealing with him or anyone else in his firm. In my opinion, he is unprofessional and disrespectful of others valuable time and efforts.
