I was just denied an $1100 per month apartment for my daughter by Caldwell Banker. The issue is that they never asked for my bank statements, tax returns, failed to contact my previous landlord (in which I paid $1500 per month and on time every month). If they would have checked my bank account, they could have seen that I had the funds to cover the entire annual rent. SMH. Buyer/Renter beware of their unfair and unjust practices!!

After spending all of the time telling me how easy it would be to rent my home prior to the contract being signed, the Coldwell Banker completely reversed course and told me "minimum of 60 days." She never showed the property once during the entire 3 weeks of the contract, and basically took a vacation, not even returning my calls. The last call she said "go ahead and fire me." Great - NOT!!

Lenny is amazing! We are closing on a great home and Lenny has been more than we expected throughout the entire searching and closing process. It would have been a very rough closing had we not had someone like him as our advocate.
