I recommend Bustamante Real Estate. Antonio Rodriguez was my agent assigned, He did an excellent job, good customer service and he helped me to find a good house. I find Bustamante Real Estate to be highly unethical. I am a cash buyer and I have now made 2 offers on houses under Bustamante. Our offers have been less than the asking price, however it is because we are covering the closing costs as well. It is my opinion that they are not advising their clients to accept our offer, fair as it is, because they:1 do not want to share the commission with our realtor and 2 they want more than the asking price. They sat on our last offer for 3 weeks, waited for a higher offer to come in, and then didnt even give us the courtesy of a phone call. We are once again waiting for a response from Bustamante on a property we saw 7 days ago. We have not even received a counter offer which is very strange when offering cash. This was the case with the last property.

I had a horrible experience. He doesnt care to respond to an offer on Thursday on 101 Hilltop. He wouldnt even return my realtor friends calls. He made us wait until Tuesday until he got more offers. The worst thing is that he picked his own client for the house and made them pay way too much for the house. Considering the Kitchen had to be completely redone, the large yard was a mess, the living rooms had to be completely redone, one of the bathrooms had a leak through the ceiling and needed to be redone. He should be ashamed and no one should use him because he will make you pay just to get money in his pocket. I was disgusted by the whole process and by him not even talking to my realtor friend. Good thing I found a better deal on another house.

Worse mistake. So impressed with the endorsement of celebrities, we fell for it. We were totally bamboozled. In 6 months the house was never shown by the listing agent, and shown once by another agent from their office. We just re-listed it and it has been shown in two weeks more times than it was ever shown in the 6 months it was listed with Bustamante.
