When we decided to move we saw a unit that was with in globals database. The apartment, and neighborhood are great. HOWEVER GLOBAL IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Where to begin. They show us this great place in a nice gated community. Inform us the water and cable/internet will have to be paid on top of the rent. Told us the cable/internet was basic but for an extra fee we could upgrade. Ok fine. Signed the lease paid the security deposit and moved in. So we called this cable company (Hotwire) and was informed that it is impossible to upgrade our cable service but was possible to upgrade the internet speed even though the leasing agent assured us we could upgrade. So either we stick with the 43 basic non HD channel, or get directv and still continue to pay the cable fee. Ok do that and see if we can get internet through century link. But since hotwire has a contract with the building they cant provide internet to us. MIND YOU THIS WAS NEVER EXPLAINED TO US UNTIL AFTER SIGNING THE LEASE. A few days into being moved in we get a link where we can pay for our rent online. Notice that our 1st months rent is accounted for but there is a charge for water and cable. Called the leasing agent and she told us that since we havent use the services we didnt have to pay until next month. Get a statement 3 weeks later and those fees are still on the bill! No follow up to explain if we had to pay a month ago or anything. Ever since I have signed the lease communication with Global has been very difficult a lot of "i will get back to you" and then nothing back in return. Again the apartment is great. Couldnt be happier. BUT MAKE SURE IF YOU RENT FROM GLOBAL BE SURE TO ASK ABOUT ALL OF THIS STUFF BECAUSE THEY WONT TELL YOU OTHERWISE.

Not the best experience here dealing with other staff / move in / move out issues however Regina was the absolute best to work with. She is truly a blessing and goes above and beyond to make sure tenants are taken care of.
