Awful customer service! Did not honor a coupon card that I had been given by service attendant at an earlier visit (because they change their electronic system). Had 3 cards in all, values at $9 each which includes undercarriage wash). The other 2 were accepted fine, this last card, they said they could only put me through for a $6 wash. I offered to pay the difference of $3. They refused. I said I would leave and come back, they ripped up my card in front of me and said they could only put it through for $6. I asked to speak to manger. They gave me his business card, and asked me to pull up to the wash. As I was calling the number, they said I had to drive through the wash as cars were behind. I couldnt back out, so I went to drive through. They said "all this over $3", I said i offered to pay the $3, and he said ok, but the other guy said it wasnt ok. Anyway, very bad experience all-round, unprofessional, terrible customer service! Calling Honda MotorCars to correct as they gave me the free car washes as a valued customer arrangement.

This place is over priced for nothing. I stupidly bought the Ultimate Wash for $12 and was very disappointed and unhappy to see that this wash did not remove all the dirt from my car and left tons of water spots. I have been to gas station car washes that have done a better job than Rainforest Car Wash. I will never be wasting any more money at this car wash and you shouldnt either. The windows by the mirrors were still dirty, I still had soap on my side mirrors, the area on the back near the license plate was still dirty, and water spots all over the car and windows. Dont waste your time or money going to this place. Save them both and pour a cup of water on your car and get the same effect.

Was there over the weekend and just like Tony I bought the $12 wash. What a RIP-OFF! My driver side mirror had soap suds all over as I was leaving. Also, upon further inspection I found dirt streaks/ marks all over the hood and front end of my car, my alloy wheels, as well as the license plate area. I should have known as soon as the attendant told me to turn my radio to a certain station to hear the sounds of the Rainforest that this place is nothing but a gimmick. Will not go ever again!!!!

These guys went above and beyond which sold me for my permanent car wash place. After I went through the car wash there was still bird poop on my hood of my car, I pulled right back around and the guy said "No problem". He sprayed the spot and wiped it and put me through the wash again. Excellent customer service!

I took my car there after a 1200 mile roadtrip and they made sure that the front of the car was prewashed very well to get the bugs off. The only downside I had was there were still suds on my side mirrors. Good place but for the price I wouldve gone to a do it yourself wash and been happier for less $.

Working in construction, my truck sees its fair share of dirt. The Rainforest Car Wash always does a great job of making my truck look shiny and new! I come here on a regular basis and am more than happy with the quality and service of this place.

Great unlimited deluxe wash price (Uber driver?). Customer service is always on point and the wash is great also. If I had to choose an area of the experience to improve I would say the blowers/drying could be better.

It is over price for this service. After it was done, my car was still “WET”. It was not clean specially the bumper area. Overall, it is not worth it.
