Paid to use the automatic car wash bay. The car wash did not start but charged my card. I called and left messages asking for a refund and never got a call back. There is no actual person answering phones only a series of automated messages. I will drive out of my way to use the car wash on Turney instead.

This place is dirtier then my car was, and various parts of the equipment are broken and in disrepair. Not sure I even got the wax coat I paid for, if you are in a pinch and need a quick clean, look elsewhere...
