TODAY I FINALLY DECIDED I WAS GOING TO BE LAZY FOR A CHANGE. MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN DRIVING MY CAR FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS SINCE I BOUGHT IT BRAN NEW OFF THE LOT. I ONLY HAVE DRIVEN IT ON WEEKENDS. MY HUSBAND HAS A LONG DRIVE TO WORK DURING THE WEEK AND USING MY CAR INSTEAD OF HIS TRUCK TOOK MUCH LESS GAS. I TOLD HIM OCCASSIONALLY TO TREAT MY CAR WITH RESPEST. WELL, I WAS WASTING MY BREATH. MY BRAN NEW CAR - AFTER 2 YEARS OF HIS ABUSE TO IT...AND TRYING SO VERY HARD BY MYSELF TO KEEP IT CLEAN EACH HOT SUMMER - I CALLED JOHN IRACE - OWNER OF VELVET TOUCH CAR WASH AND ASKED HIM IF I COULD BRING IT IN A.S.A.P. I ASKED WHAT THE WORKS WERE AND WHAT THE PRICE WAS...AND SHAUN T. WAS AT MY DOOR TO PICK ME UP, TAKE MYSELF WITH MYCAR TO JOHNS CAR WASH AND RESTORE MY CAR LIKE IT JUST CAME OUT OF THE SHOWROOM 2 YEARS AGO. THAT WAS WHAT I SAID I WANTED TO JOHN OVER THE PHONE CALL. WHEN IRECIEVED A CALL ONLY 4 HOURS LATER, SHAUN T. CAME WITH MY CAR AND I COULD HARDLY BELIEVE WHAT I SAW. ALL THOSE SCUFF MARKS FROM MY HUSBANDS WORK BOOTS WERE COMPLETELY GONE! THE IMBEDDED SALT FROM THE WINTERS WAS GONE! ALL MY HUSBANDS DIRTY FINGERPRINTS ON MY INSIDE ARM RESTS WERE GONE! I DIDNT THINK IT WAS POSSIBLE TO EVER GET THAT CRAP OFF MY NEW CAR...MY CAR WAS EXACTLY LIKE I ASKED JOHN TO MAKE IT..."LIKE I JUST DROVE IT OUT OF THE SHOWROOM 2 YEARS AGO." AND HIS 2 EMPLOYEES - SHAUN T. AND JIM A. WHO TOOK SUCH EXCELLENT CARE - REALLY CAME THROUGH.. I WILL BE BACK AGAIN TO HAVE IT WAXED NOW AND BE LAZY AGAIN...AT MY HUSBANDS EXPENSE!!! Do not waste your time at this car wash. First of all the soap sprayers on top did not work. I was told by another customer he was there earlier and only one worked. Second you get more soap on your car going to speedway or bp car washes then you do here. They use a pressure washer sprayer before the car goes in. they use very little soap. I asked the manger/owner about the sprayers not working. He looked shocked and like he did not know. But really I mean all workers are right there. He said I will tell them to prespay the top of the vehicles. Also I asked about the fact very little soap is on the vehicle. He said that is how much they put on. He gave me 2 dollars off the wash but acted like he did not care. The final straw was the fact they do not wipe down the rims after the car wash. I asked a worker and he stated that unless you ask them to they dont. I said but the rims are dirty still and need dried. He stated that it is policy not to do them unless you ask. He had a poor attitude and really seemed like he did not care. I found the manager again and asked him about that. He said that is what they do. I said but the are dirty still and wet. He did not care and told me to grab a rag and I can wipe them down myself. I said that I would not come back and the managers response was ok. He did not care at all. that was my first time there. I even told him that. they are the worse car wash place ever.

This place is a ripoff and complete joke. Strike 1... they had a 15 year old with no drivers license pull my $75,000 SUV into the wash Strike 2... the 15 year old pulled my truck almost sideways onto the wheel track and took a chunk out of my rim and tire Strike 3... the owner refused to pay for the damages and told me "maybe the damage was already there"... what a joke. His employees clearly seen what happened!! This wash is highly overpriced and has dishonest people running the place.

The employees were fast and friendly. No hassle car wash that was quick and easy. Prices were good, I got the happy hour exterior wash and a chassis bath for just $11.61. I look forward to continuing business with them especially due to the salt during Cleveland winters.

Great experience, I have been going to this place for years. Gotten to known the owner over the years and he is a great guy. Can always count on having a great car wash as well as very nice employees who do their jobs very well.

The staff did more than an exceptional job on vacuuming my car. The windows have no streaks neither are they dirty. My car looks brand new and I would absolutely recommend this car wash to anyone in the area

High school kids doing a horrible jobs even after you point out the spots they missed! Owner has no customer service skills whatsoever! Better off washing your own car manually down the road! Dont go there

I took my vehicle to this location for a wash. While drying my hood the employee left scratches all over. They refused to make things right. Last time I visit this business.
