I wrote the review titled "The most unprofessional business". Since I wrote this I spoke with the owner. Previously I had only spoken to sergei. Svetlana is probably one of the nicest people I have ever spoken with in my life. I wish I had known before I wrote the comment as now I cannot delete the review. Svetlana was fair and she did show a lot of compassion. Im still not so sure about Sergei and he is the one that I experienced all my problems with. He is a great instructor and really knows how to dance but Im not sure what happened here. My complaint was legitimate but Im not sure how Svetlana was not made aware of the details. My original complaint was never with the quality of the dance lessons but just with what I thought was the approach to business and customers.

Columbus Dance Centre is a top-notch studio with a warm and welcoming atmosphere and exceptional instructors. I have been involved in the adult dance program for a year and a half and I highly recommend private lessons, as they offer unparalleled personal instruction from the professionals. There are also many opportunities for social dancing, including a variety of ballroom and latin group classes and fun Friday night practice parties (also highly recommended). The childrens dance program is very active and Ive been impressed with the kids level of competency. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for a great place to start or continue dancing. The quality of instruction is phenomenal, the studio is lovely, and the friendships are wonderful. Best in Columbus!

I love the small group adult dance classes. They are so so so much fun and LeAnn is a wonderful, caring teacher. Great place, great variety, great classes. My boyfriend and I love coming each week! Only thing I wish is that classes were maybe 1hour 1.30 long vs 45.. I just feel like right when you start getting it or getting "in the groove" the class ends. I also wish that during the classes they just let the "salsa" or whatever the class music is, continue to play, even when you are learning the 8 counts. The beats of the music are so helpful.

My daughter has been dancing at CDC for 8 years. The studio is great, almost as great as the instructors. My daughter has been competing for the past 7 years in all 10 international Ballroom styles. She has big dreams to become a 10 dance world champ. When I heard that her instructor was a finalist in this very category...right here in Columbus I knew I was in the right place. So if you are looking for a family friendly, professional atmosphere for your child to fall in love with ballroom, this is the place for you.

My girlfriend and I have been looking for a place to learn how to dance for our wedding. Lucky us we found Columbus Dance Center in Gahanna. The teachers are unbelievable, Svetlana is wonderful and VERY professional dance instructor. The way she teach is unique and even beginners like us could get the right steps fast. The bottom line: our wedding was very good and our first dance was a blast. Thank you Columbus Dance Center. A++++++

My daughter has been a part of the childrens dance program for over 2 yrs. Her favorite day of the week is dance class day. They learn routines as well as do fun dances with songs they love. The kids are welcoming and love making new friends. Ms Leigh Anne is patient fun and a great teacher. I will stay with this studio for as long as my daughter continues to love it which I know will be a very long time!

I highly recommend learning ballroom dance at Columbus Dance Center. Everybody here are really care that the student has a good experience and meets their expectations and goals. The studio has one of the most positive environments I know of. So if you are stressed with work, family or life in general, this is a great place to find peace and friendship.

1st accepted my money for a free dance lesson. Then convinced me to sign a 6 month contract. Then changed the terms by not allowing me to watch my 4 yr old daughter! It says nothing about this in their contract. Once it is up, never again. For God sakes we are talking about 4 yr olds!
