I placed an order last month for books, I worked with JPS off an on for weeks to get confirmation that my books would be perfect bound. They charged my order and sent me saddle stitch books, when I asked why? I was informed that my books did not meet their requirements which were 57 pages and 250 copies. I was not told that when I got my quote and paid and the owner admitted her error. Even on their site. It says 48 pages for Perfect Bound so even THEY dont know what their OWN requirements were. I posted my review of them on a FB artist group I was in. JPS locked reviews and comments on their own FB page, meaning they are reading reviews, they know. They lied, they gave me misleading information, they ignored, they overcharged for an order I did not want. I even requested for a comp reprint of 25 books HALF of my 50 book order. They refused to even respond and still dont respond. DO NOT PURCHASE PRINTS OR BOOKS FROM THEM. UNTIL THEY GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

5/20/17 4:30PM Was contacted by client and there prior issue has been resolved. Working with company to have a best in class product. The customer service experience has been outstanding this far 5/20/17 2:30PM Very Bad experience when into shop for a simple quote on a booklet to be printed color and was quoted a rate 5 times more than a local printer, sent an email and stopped in to speak with a sales rep and was told several time "they are in meeting" very unprofessional. To this day I have not received a return calls or response to my email

Ive used JPS Print for years for everything from invitations, to business cards, and other marketing materials. They always have custom designs that are just unique and very affordable, and the turn around time is remarkably fast. I recently ordered on a Monday, July 24th and had my project within the same week. Ive tried Vista print in the past and was disappointed in the quality and the shipping time of 3 weeks seemed to take a lifetime. Thanks again for the wonderful work JPS!

Just picked up my Save the date and Wedding Invitations from JPS and i am overjoyed at the end result. Service was excellent from beginning to end. I brought some samples of what i was looking for and they gave me ideas how to customize it and make it my own. A day later i received an email with 2 drafts to pick from and email back my choice. Not only did they stay true to the timeline given the young lady at the front remembered my name and had my purchase ready for pick up.

very unwilling to refund if your not satisfied with the end result (and yes thats before they print it) Im not saying they arent good at what they do but I was not satisfied and I simply asked for refund. They need to make the product first before charging. I will not be picking up my finished product. This was very disappointing
