Terrible Printing Department. I have printed about 3-5 different times at this Office Depot to make posters for my job. The quality always leaves something to be desired here. They always cut to short, laminate wrong, the respectable thing is I have had to complain twice and they have brought the price down. Customer service was nice most times ,but the one time I felt like I was a criminal for wanting it done right. It was bothersome. Needless to say I will just pay the extra money and leave it to the proffessionals

Was treated rudely by manager tonight, 7/21/16 As a truck driver recovering a load from the previous driver that broke down I called the store to see if there was any possibility anyone could unload their merchandise... I understand the load did not arrive as scheduled but things happen, trucks are not indestructible! Mr. Manager, there was no need to scold me or place blame on us as the recovery team. We drove close to 200 miles at our own expense to recover and help the driver that broke down. Poor manager skills...

couple employees were rude, specifically the woman behind the computer where they print everything.. didnt get much help. I think she was just having a bad day though. people can be very mean to employees in my 14 yrs of customer service experience. place is dirty. Other than that, they can get all your printing needs met so not bad over all. just have to be patient.

The markup price on some items is mad with over $6 cost on a 2 pack of pens. Same scenario is found on a lot of different products. Store has an overall good selection on items for office essentials.
