We went the morning of 12/27/14, were waited on by a kid who seemed tired and confused. He gave us one of the locator numbers and said our food would be brought to us, but they only brought my breakfast sandwich, nothing else. I guess the confused kid should have given us the rest at the bakery right when we ordered, and when I asked, the new confused kid who brought my sandwich came back and said I needed to go to the bakery to get the rest....someone there should have taken charge and brought us the entire order. Worlds biggest problem, no, of course not, but the general lack of having a clue (by 3 people when you count the manager who seemed to be just as clueless) and lack of any sort of customer service makes for a very bad visit.

Went to get a salad with a friend a few minutes before they were closing. As they were making my salad I noticed they were cleaning up for the night. As I looked closer I saw an employee pick something up off the floor and not change his gloves and continue making my food. Then I noticed the sandwich assembly line had a floor cleaning brush sitting on it. I was grossed out by the lack of care and I asked the manager for a full refund she was extremely rude to me and my friend who was with me. She reluctantly gave us the refund. Very disappointing. My family and I refuse to eat at this location now due to the poor service.

I absolutely love Panera Bread. Ive been coming for years. However this particular location isnt the best. I order rapid pick up at least once a week from this location (its close to work). Incorrect orders more than a couple of times. I didnt check my food before leaving because im not used to wrong orders at Panera, until I started going to this one. A few times my order wasnt ready within the ten minutes they advise. Usually waiting an extra five minutes isnt a big deal to me, but when Im heading to work it makes a difference. Food is great, but just be sure to check your order and expect a wait.

I came in there last night and ordered a chipotle chicken paninni. It was very slow there at the time that I walked in. However, they took FOREVER (25 minutes to be exact) just to prepare my one sandwich! All the workers behind the counter were too busy chit chatting and fooling around. With so many workers working there but they couldnt even make my sandwich in the amount of time that I expected. I should have gone to Subway instead. I will NEVER going back to that Panera Bread anymore! Very poor customer service! :(

We love Panera! BUT the Polaris OH location is far from a good experience. Person taking order was not friendly and annoyed when asked a question. Then coffee was empty. Pot was marked 6:55 am and it was then 8:17! Next pot had not even been brewed yet. Tried to other flavors which were also empty. We were completely finished with our meal when coffee finally made it to the counter. Why is it so difficult to just go start a new pot when one is empty. Especially early in morning!

Is this a place that specializes in bread? I had a ceasar salad topped with a little bit of chicken on it. The dressing did not taste right, the croutons were too hard, and the half loaf of french bread looked like someone had eaten off of it. The bread was so hard that I could not chew it!

Terrible service, they gave me the wrong order and took over 45 minutes to correct it. The new order was wrong and cold because it took so long for them to call me up to get it :( All the workers did were fool around and chit chat - very disappointing!

Standard Panera fare that is in a clean and nice. I use this Panera as a place to meet clients in a relaxed and casual atmosphere. I also love that they have Sobe lifewater on tap where most around this area do not.

Long wait, below mediocre food. Oh yeah and its over priced. They cant even keep the soup warm? This is the last time I will go to Panera. The only mentionable attribute is that they are consistent.

Why dont they use the buzzers for them to bring the food to you? I saw them sitting there but instead of using them, they said sit down and theyll call for you to come get it.

I usually visit this place just to get some work done. Wi-fi is a little slow. Booths are comfortable and I was able to find a few plugs for my laptop.
