I support video stores and Ive always enjoyed browsing their selection. With Video Central everything was fine until I rented season 2 of Nip Tuck. The first couple days my wife watched some while I was busy working, so I didnt even get to view it until the 3rd day. Several discs (6 discs in the set) were corrupted. That same week my wife and I had to stay in the hospital for 4 days because we had a baby. On the 10th night I finally got around to returning the series. I didnt anticipate any issues, I just figured I would tell them the discs are obviously scratched and I wouldnt be charged. Brock immediately had an attitude with me after I told him I obviously didnt want to pay for something that didnt work. He only offered to refund a couple days out of the 10. He said, "We will get our money." And told me if I refused to pay that they would send it to collections. He also said in a very condescending demeanor, "Theres nothing you can do." He kept referring to the contract we all signed on day 1 that supposedly states that if a disc malfunctions that you have 1 day to return it and avoid charges. The problem is obviously some people dont get to view it for several days. Either way its an assinine policy and not everyone has thoroughly read the contract. This place does not care about us, and the day you have any issue (scratched DVD), you will see their true colors.

Video rental is a dying breed. Only the best have survived and this is the best. The great staff get to know you and are super helpful when you arent sure what you want to watch. They do have a great selection and are open whenever I might want them (till 11/ midnight).BluRay selection is growing and I rarely have to resort to DVD these days.

Best place ever its walking distance from my house and great prices with an awsome selection of movies and tv show seasons! Cant get better than this.Oh and hans and mathew are lying they have tons of movies and the staff is awsome. If they write a review like that then they have never been there before.

Max and Hannah are always the best at helping you find the movie youre looking for. They have TONS of titles, many of which you cant find on Netflix or other streaming services. Best of all is when you show up not sure what to watch, they do an amazing job at pointing you in the right direction.

My family LOVES Video Central! They are very knowledgeable about movies and have great suggestions when we dont know what we want. My son is always excited to see Hannah and Max. He even named his stuffed animal dragon after Max

Customer service is the best ever and I love the community connection they have i rather pay 3 dollars to go here then pay 1 dollar for redbox. Best staff ever
