Last night my son & I came into this family video about 15 minutes before they closed. The man who was working didnt even greet us ; instead he felt the need to let us know "you have 10 minutes before we close" so Im trying to rush and find a game for us. A few minutes go by & he tells across the store "2 minutes". Then asks for our phone number to "make sure we have an account". I was highly irriated at this point. After we left, my son asks why he was so rude to us. Pathetic my 5 year old can give better manners. Will not be returning here ever again.

The manager/owner and an employee/manager felt it appropriate to loudly discuss how another employee (not present) was working out/doing. This is unprofessional behavior and I strongly discourage it. That is not for the customers to hear. That being said - I in general do not care for Family Video. The alphabetical organization of the selection as a whole is not conducive to finding what Im looking for easily. SO CORPORATE FAMILY VIDEO: Where ever you are... Please change this... Immediately.

I havent been to a Family Video store in years, but I finally decided to go in and see if anything would tempt me to open an account with them......and I did! They have an amazing selection, free kids videos, $1 rentals of good name movies, video game rentals, ice cream, and more. Definitely glad I stopped in!

Great place 4 good movies, but should offer a special movie package deal every few days. Like a scary movie and popcorn on Friday the 13th week ends.
