I called and scheduled a next day appointment between 1 and 5 pm. I recieved a call after 4 the following day stating that they were all still busy but would get to me. I asked "so, possibly after 5?" and the man on the phone said possibly but that it shouldnt be. At 5:05, I called and asked if/when they would be coming because I have two young children and the issue that I called about meant that we did not have hot water. I was told that someone was on the way to me and should be here shortly. At 6:20, I had to take my kids to their grandparents for their bath and cancelled my "appointment" because an hour and 15 minutes after being told that someone was "on their way" and well after my agreed upon 4 hour window, I gave up. I would not use this company unless you really have no desire to get your problem fixed quickly and at the agreed upon time and date.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers, service date July 17, 2014. Tony, the plumber from Roto-Rooter Dayton OH, came to unblock a troublesome drain which was causing back-up in both the sink and the dishwasher. 2 days before, another plumber had spent nearly an hour trying to clear the blockage, but was unsuccessful. Tony arrived promptly as promised, was super-professional and courteous and the whole problem was resolved in about 10 minutes. I would certainly use and recommend his services again.

We called roto-rooter in Dayton to help with a backed up kitchen sink and slow bath tub drain. They arrived within several hours of our call. The technician was polite and had our drains moving again within several hours. Our only issue was how shockingly expensive the price was. They do give you estimates before they begin though.
