Very straight-forward explaining what to expect and other options to consider for your plumbing solution (replacing water heater and installing a utility sink). Even when there were problems with the manufacturers equipment, Masterflo personally took control to get the job done correctly and prioritizing our needs. Felt like a member of our family was taking care of our issue, not an impartial contractor.
