A month after we bought a house, we noticed a water mark on the ceiling in our living room. The master bathroom above it had been remodeled shortly before we purchased the house, and the contractor (despite doing beautiful work) did a poor job with the shower pan liner and over time it leaked. Sadly, that contractor would not return to the house to remedy the problem. We thanked our lucky stars that we had a home warranty, but as turns our it didnt cover it. To make matters worse, the plumber they sent out didnt want to do much of anything to diagnose what was wrong. I had to convince him to even open the ceiling to find out what was wrong. And once he did, he said he had no way of determining what was wrong. So we were left with filing an insurance claim. Frustrated, we called Clay. He showed up the next day and began running a series of tests on the shower, its fixtures, and the drains. He was on time, courteous, and clearly an expert of his trade. He explained to us that it was the shower pan/bladder and how he came to that conclusion. Clay also referred us to other gentleman who could help us finish the project. All good men. Our community needs more businesses like Quick-Pro and owners like Clay Webb. If you want an honest, intelligent plumber who will help you resolve your problems, call Clay. You wont be disappointed.

I was using another Woodstock plumber before I called Quick-Pro Plumbing, and this other plumber seemed uncomfortable working on the plumbing in my 30-year old house. This other plumber said that all of the plumbing in our house needed replacing at a cost of about $4000 because the pipes were so fragile that working on them might cause more leaks to form. Since then I have called Clay Webb at Quick-Pro Plumbing twice and both times he has worked on our plumbing without any difficulty. Most recently he came to our house early on a Sunday morning when we had water simultaneously backing up in the bathtub and toilet. He cleared the drain for the whole house all the way to the septic tank and and guaranteed his work for six months, promising to return for free if the same problem returns. I like how he gives an upfront price before work begins, he is careful to avoid tracking dirt in the house, and he does not mind us watching him work. This is definitely a five-star plumbing service.

there is nothing exciting about having the underground blue-boy piping that runs through your front yard, under two giant crepe myrtle trees, under the top of our driveway, and under the middle of our garage replaced. the leak happened on friday evening in our garage; i called clay on saturday, and he came out with a free estimate. The price seemed fair for the amount of hard work that had to be done, and i had the feeling that i could trust clay with this job. i am so glad that i went with this company. sunday, he had the city out marking lines...monday, almost all of the work was done...tuesday, hot water heater was put back into place, and everything was finished. he put a new pressure reducer valve on the water heater; our water bill went from easily a $150 a month to $36. the guys worked really hard and i appreciate it.

We found Clays company on Thumbtack looking to get a second estimate to replace old cast iron pipes that were showing their age. Clay walked us through what he saw during the estimate and clearly explained to us what was needed. He gave us a fair estimate that came in a little under our other one. The work was completed very well, again with a thorough walk-through of what was completed. All materials and the work space was cleaned up well afterwards. The only minor criticism I will mention is that the work took a little longer than estimated. Not a problem, as we has some flexibility in being home while the work was done and we were not left overnight without access to water. For a one-man shop, the job was very well done.

Clay does great work. We had a leaky pipe because the builder did a bad job sealing it up. Clay came out, took a look and quoted me a very fair price for the parts and labor. Within an hour and a half had a brand new pipe in, properly sealed and my water was back on. On top of that he was very professional, walked me through everything, and helped educate me on stuff I didnt know which, as a young homeowner, I really appreciated. Highly recommend Clay and his team.
