Recently bought our first house which needed a good bit of updating due to some less than perfect work done by the contractor years ago. Contacted Sundial Plumbing for a price quote for the installation of a new hot water heater. A Sundial employee came out, assessed what we needed, and provided us with a comparable price quote to others we received but took it a step further by actually inspecting the area to make sure everything was up to code. Our house inspection had revealed that we needed new copper piping leading to the hot water heater in order to be up to code and Sundial was the only plumbing company that also noticed this (without any prompting from us). We chose to go with Sundial because we knew they would do a good job, we wanted to do things right the first time, and the price was right. We plan on recommending them to all our friends!

Just had my first experience with Sundial, which was terrific. Very courteous office staff, who gave me a window within that a technician would arrive to fix my clogged drain. I received an email that provided a picture of the technician who would be arriving at my home - nice touch. I then got a phone call 30 minutes prior to his arrival. The technician was professional and knowledgeable, and after finding the problem, explained clearly what the issue was, and gave me a written quote, which I approved on the spot. Pricing was reasonable. The entire experience convinced me that I finally found a plumbing company that was professional, one that I could be comfortable with, and trust!

A great experience having an entire house re-pipe and multiple plumbing installations. This is truly a family-run business that cares about its customers. The multiple plumbers that came in contact with our house all exhibited professionalism to the highest degree and took time to educate my husband and I on our plumbing system. I appreciate Sundial Plumbings prompt handling of a water heater warranty issue. The office staff was responsive and had technician Darrin out within 24 hrs. He was polite, thorough, informative, and very professional. Darrin had my unit replaced that day and worked long after hours to do so. Darrins effort was exemplary and his positive attitude brightened my day. All this was just before Christmas with relatives on the way. Thanks Darrin and Sundial.

Sundial was very quick to respond and had someone scheduled the following day. The service technician was courteous and seemed knowledgable. However, I did feel the charges were high considering it was mainly labor. He completed repair of two plungers in sinks (no supplies needed), unclogged a shower (no supplies), and replaced a commode flapper. All was done in about an hour and I was charged around $480. This may be the going rate.....

I called for a time which was between 12:00noon & 4:00PM. They called at 10:30 & said the tech could be here in 35 min. He came, he got the flame going on the water tank. 10 minutes later it went out. So the choice was a new part with no guarantee or a new water heater, Price of each was within 200.00. So 4 hours later I had hot water again. Sun dial rep Kevin was very professional, quick, and thorough. 5 stars out of 5.

Charged an arm and a leg to install a kitchen faucet that I provided. Then the technician left without ensuring that the faucet was working correctly. Original technician blamed it on the brand new faucet, when in reality it wasnt the faucet at all. It was a bad install job. Had to call and complain just to have them send a senior technician to install it the way it should have been on their first visit.

We have had a serious and ongoing problem at our office complex with a sewage lift station. Sundial Plumbing has been very responsive to our needs to get this fixed, and Chris Overstreet in particular was outstanding in the way he stayed on the job until no more could be done. While our situation has still not been fully resolved (through no fault of theirs), I expect to continue using Sundial until it is.

Today Bill and Chris replaced a leaky outdoor faucet and replaced a water pressure valve thus correcting a problem both indoors and outdoors with water pressure that we have had since purchasing the house. They were knowledgeable ,efficient and took the time to explain the issues and how they could be corrected. I was very impressed and call them in the future. Thanks Bill and Chris!

Great Service!!! I called late afternoon yesterday and the technician arrived this morning (New Years Eve). Darrin was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed my issue (water pressure too high) and corrected it. Repairs were completed in about an hour. Very pleased with the service. A little pricey, but the high quality customer service was worth it.

As I get older, I am increasingly concerned about having reliable service contractors available for my wife, in case Im not around to take care of her. Mitzi seems to have a nice smile on tv and convey the right message, but much like our politicians, the smile is decieving. They did a poor job on my homes plumbing needs and were not very attentive to my dissatisfaction. They say one thing but do another. Very slimy

Had a backed up kitchen drain and they came out the same day. Called 30 minutes prior to showing up and were there on time like they said they would be. The technician (Trent Horne) was awesome and did a great job. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Did the job, but charged an arm and a leg. I was charged extra for them draining a pipe, and the reason I called them was because my drains were backing up. Seems like that should be part of the initial charge for them unclogging the pipe...

I had an emergency this morning at my house! My plumbing backed up in the front yard. I called Sundial around 730 and Chris was at my house around 830! extremely nice, fair, and professional! look no further if you need service!

Best plumbing company ever. No one wants to call a plumber, but these folks have been very responsive and professional, having used them for years for problems at home and some rental properties. Would not use anyone else.
