Called Royal Flush for a badly clogged toilet at a tenants house at 9:30 a.m. Explained that I needed the repair same day and needed to be notified an hour prior to arrival so that I could meet them at the house. They committed to both and a window of 1-4 p.m. for the repair. At 3:45 p.m. I had received no call so I called them back. I was informed that they could not give me an arrival time as they didnt know when a service tech would be available. I was told they were waiting for some glue to dry and couldnt tell me how long it would take. I asked to speak with someone else and was given basically the same story. At around 4:15, they called me back and told me that a service tech would be on the way soon. I informed them that I dont do business with people who feel that its ok to waste my time by not communicating, and that their competitor (Fitzgerald and Sons) were already on site and would be earning my future business. Please note that I dont use an anonymous handle. These guys may be great, but in my case they wasted a part of my day, failed to communicate, and almost cost me an after hours service fee.

I live in a row of townhomes that are about 7 year old. I am the 4th home in my row that has had a water line leak between the meter and the home. The meter is unfortunately on the other side of the parking lot so this has been very expensive for the others to repair. Roy & Scott came out and was able to locate the leak and suggested an out of the box solution that would protect me from this happening again. The cost was half of what my neighbors paid and they only patched the problem. Royal Flush was able to hopefully prevent future problems as well. GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I have already told several people about them

Had an emergency water heater explosion the day before New Years eve (Sun). Called in the Morning and technician came by 1:00 PM. Water heater was replaced the next day. Even though we had extensive damage we had hot water no longer than 24 hours later. Very pleased with the service. Would recommend to others. Thank you Ryan!

Im not sure PTC did the work. May have been out of another shop. Anyway, Chris was easy to get along with. Explained just what needed to be done. Esta-meant was along the lines we were looking for. Now if they only showed up @ the time stated - it would have been exultant! I would recommend them to others.

Very responsive and promptly fixed my plumbing problem- Im a satisfied customer. Price was a little higher than I expected, but I failed to check ahead of time (and when I asked, they gave me a military service discount).
