Steven came out to deal with our immensely corroded flange. He fixed it efficiently and gave us some advice on how to deal with some other issues which were not a part of the initial call. This goes well above and beyond what can realistically be expected from someone who responds to an "emergency call" therefore I Highly recommend him in particular. He was always completely honest and forthright about what was required, as well as his personal recommendations.
