Called Jody @Plumb Crazy around 3:30p. I had a big back up and Jody arrived right on time at 5pm. In a little more than an hour he had our drain clear and everything cleaned up. Very professional the entire time covered his shoes as he walked throughout the house and basement. And a very fair charge. Highly recomended
