My husband and I decided to use HIS Plumber for the first time back on Dec 16th, 2015. We were really impressed with the great reviews, and we decided to choose this company to fix our 5 toilets. Peter came to our house, and he was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong with every toilet. He is one of the friendliest, most professional people we have ever met. He thoroughly explained what exactly was wrong with every toilet and gave us a breakdown of the cost for each. We found him to be very knowledgeable and very experienced. He was able to fix all of our toilets very quickly, and we have not had any problems every since. The price was very reasonable as well. He even gave us great discounts (which we were not expecting) on a lot of the services he provided. They also email coupons to you too. We will definitely be using their services in the future again, and we will definitely recommend this company to others we know. You couldnt ask for a more honest, reputable person and company. We were very pleased, and now we are a witness that you can trust every review you read about this company being amazing. Thank you so much for being a trustworthy, dependable plumber, Peter!

Everything went great with His Plumbing: 1) A professional person in an office answered the phone when I called (unlike another call I made where someone I couldnt understand answered on their cell phone). 2) I was given a window of 30 minutes for a plumber to arrive the next morning. 3) The plumber called the next morning during the window and said he would arrive right at the end of the 30 minute window. 4) He did arrive within the 30 minute window of time! 5) The plumber was very professional and cordial when he arrived, introducing himself, giving me his card, and stating his license number was on the card and I was welcome to call and verify his license. 6) The plumber efficiently assessed the problem, explained it to me very clearly, and told me the total cost before asking if I wished to proceed. He even told me what else he could possibly find wrong once he started the work and how much that would cost if he did find that problem. 7) Both the time it took to fix the problem and the charges for the service and repair were very reasonable. 8) I very much enjoyed working with His Plumber and would call them back any time! Overall the best experience I could have had under the circumstances. My hot water heater started leaking and a friend recommended His Plumber. From the first call through the final check, every part of the process was great. Peter and David were courteous, responsive and very efficient. They helped me decide the best path of resolution (which was the cheapest too!) and did a phenomenal job executing. David covered the floor before starting and went out of his way to keep everything neat and clean. The extra things that these guys did really impressed me most. They ran a drain pipe to my pump incase the hot water heater ever leaks in the future so it will not flood my basement and he re-worked the piping, adding new valves, fixing what the last folks did not spend the time doing. I felt really comfortable around these folks and enjoyed having them in my home. Great service and price. I highly recommend.

During the first freeze we had one of my pipes in the garage burst. I asked my sister for a recommendation and she gave me David Josephs name and number. He sent his son Peter to do the job. I was very impressed with this young mans manners and professionalism. My entire house had been re-piped by a different plumber about 10 years ago and I had discovered that not everything had been done well. I talked to David about re-piping again. He had Peter inspect everything and told me there was no need. They could have had made some extra cash, but had the integrity to not take advantage of a frustrated customer. Peter LISTENED to my concerns, took time to explain in "lay" terms what I needed to know. If there was more than one solution he told me about each option and let me choose. I WILL use them again if I ever have the need and will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

We were having problems with a newly installed pump in our recently finished basement. Called HIS Plumber and they were able to come out the same day. Peter showed up exactly when he said he would. He was able to find and explain the problem, along with our options (which included telling us we should be able to request the original installer fix it since the basement, including the pump, had only been completed for a couple of months - he was concerned we might be spending money we didnt need to). We decided to go ahead and have Peter complete the work - and dont regret it one bit. Not only was Peter very knowledgeable, he was extremely honest and trustworthy - gave us a very reasonable and fair price up front and was able to start on the spot. He completed the job very quickly. You have a customer for life, and I will recommend you to everyone I know! Thank you!!!!

I was overwhelmed and stressed when I found my 50-year-old plumbing was leaking and rusting out. After several people recommended HIS Plumber, I called them. David came out promptly and was very kind, explaining everything in terms I could understand, and gave me a very fair estimate. It was a massive job, but they completed it in three and a half days. David and Peter and the technician were always punctual, , professional, and dedicated, arriving early and leaving late. When they encountered a problem, they notified me promptly and gave me several options of solutions. I was very pleased with their work, and dedication to doing it right. Also, the weather was awful and rainy, but they took care not to track up the house or basement, and even mopped the basement clean before they left! I will never use another Plumber!

I first called David on a recommendation from someone in my neighborhood a few years ago. He has been "my plumber" ever since! Nothing has ever been an emergency until today when a pipe burst from the cold snap weve been having. Even though we have had snow and ice, it was warm enough today that he was able to make it out of his driveway, and he made his way to my house to fix the leak. Luckily we found it quickly and it was an easy fix without any damage inside the house! I was ready to be without water for at least a day, but I am so thankful he was able to get it fixed today! Its nice to know that in the worst situation, he made my call a priority. Thank you!!

Currently remodeling my first home originally built in the 70s and David has made all my plumbing/gas issues and requests the least of my worries. When I first called him, he came in the same day and offered immediate advice and solutions on the kitchen work I needed completed. I truly appreciated his knowledge of the scope of work, as he made recommendations that prevented future headaches and brought my kitchen gas & plumbing up to date. Timelines and scheduling were fast and on track. Very friendly and honest. Excellent communication through phone/text/and email. Very knowledgable/experienced. Wont break the bank in prices!
