Went and got a basic haircut, short on sides and back, longer on top. similar to David Beckham. I had to tell the woman three times to make it shorter, and each time she did it faster and sloppier. Looks horrible, tons of missed spots, doesnt fade at all, now that is longer its more apparent, and for 20 bucks? No thanks Ill go back to the hair spas and salons in Richmond.

I waited at the counter for 25 minutes. No hello, no welcome to Fiesta, no we will be right with you, no how can I help you. Finally I was asked , "Has anyone helped you?" Then I was told sorry were booked. I wasted 25 minutes and will not go back. A simple how can I help you would have saved you a customer and me 25 minutes of my time.

My 12 year old son described a hair cut to me that he wanted and I googled hair cuts. After about twenty he said thats it mom! Showed it to a girl named Miranda at the Eaton location, and she nailed it!!! Hes so very happy and so am I!!!! Awesome job!!!! You will be his hair stylist from here on out!!!
