Im upset wish I could give no stars I just brought my son here for a haircut I showed her just how much hair I wanted cut off and she cut off 3 times the amount so his hair is way shorter than I wanted and they had to use Clippers to clean up and fix their mistake even though I only want it done with shears so now his hair is way shorter than I wanted way too high up on the back of his neck. To top it all off the manager I had take over after the girl cut off way too much got a bad attitude with me I feel I politely expressed my displeasure and was fighting back tears as to not upset my son or let him in on the fact they messed up his hair

Unless you like bringing your family members to a smoking lounge, I would avoid this location. The lady workers are outside sitting or standing around smoking, and using their cellphones constantly. Obviously if you cannot break these bad habits then do these in the back, not right in front where its an eye sore for everyone to see. Update: so since I frequent the restaurant next door I come by quite often and it has seem that they have curb the smoking issue somewhat, and as someone with asthma, I can greatly appreciate that. Update: the summer sales of $5.99 haircuts are hard to beat

Update: As i was asked to email regarding my visit, i have yet to get a reply or contacted. Therefore i stand by post and will not return. While in middle of getting a quote for my daughters hair to be done for prom 4 days away, another employee rudely interrupted said they cant do it because of a sale they are having. No problem I can else where but learn to talk to paying customers because we will not be back. Meanwhile BoRics went up and beyond by reaching out to an employee to an employee who currently wasnt there to accommodate my daughter.

When asking for the haircut (that should have been saved in the system) my son walked out with the one he had previously. He basically had a trim this time. Thanks for charging full price to give him straight bangs and a five year olds hair cut. The smell of smoke is awful on some of the workers. My sons asthma flares up depending on who cuts him.

I have never complained about a haircut in my life. The woman who cut my hair seemed disoriented, I dont know if she was incapable of providing what I asked for or if she just didnt care, but I had to go to another great clips location and have them try to salvage the cut. It was truly a terrible experience.

My son has always had a great cut here. I was afraid to get mine cut (i would only go to a salon and use the master hair designer) but I have tried them twice, and I want to say both Shawna and Wendy did a better job!!!
