Went to go get my haircut at 12:30, waited 30 minutes because they only ever have 2 hair stylist there. I left, came back at 5:30 and was told there was going to be an hour wait with one person ahead of me. I recommend calling in more stylists the day before a major holiday.

I have been going here for years. I usually just walk in, but if busy, they make an appointment for later and never had to wait if appointment was made. Great service
