While the lady who I spoke with was courteous and nice, I was disappointed with their policy. I asked for corn rows straight back and she quoted me $25. She, then, added that it depended on my hair if it would be more; the stylist would need to take a look at it. Now, that is something I would expect from the Dominican Salons in the area or by the other salons who do NOT specialize in Natural hair care. So basically you want to see my hair grade?! Youre a natural haircare salon! This is what you do! If she had said, "maam it depends on length." I would have accepted that and asked for the price for long length. She just kept insisting I send a picture of my hair. Ridiculous that this happened at a natural haircare center. Do Better!

I love it here. Ive had the best experience ever here getting braids. They were fast yet sufficient. They make you feel like a celebrity when you leave because you know you arent being cheated out of your money. When you leave Deeply Rooted, you leave with an unique hairstyle that nobody else can get unless they go to Deeply Rooted. Youve got to check them out you will be extremely satisfied by their skills and their love to do hair.

I have been going to this salon for the past 6 years! I love the way they do my dreads. There were a couple of times where I went to other salons to get my locs maintenaced and they sucked! I love coming here because they are the only ones that are experienced to deal with proper loc mainteance. In my humble opinion they are the only stylists I have found in the Atlanta area that are creative, professional, and do a great job!

I have gone to numerous other shops, and this is, by far the BEST! Although the shop is 39 miles from my home, it is worth driving the distance. I love the salons ambiance, the locticians are quick and care for each clients hair. Last, but not least, all of the employees are extremely courteous, hospitable, friendly, and professional. This is such a jewel in the Cobb community. They are professional, courteous, HILARIOUS, and offer a beautiful service. My locs never feel heavy or loaded with product and the styles last! Kim is my loctician specifically. She has some serious anointing in those hands but in my observation ALL the women are extremely talented. Bless them LAWD!

I got a twist updo style and it was done sloppy. The twists were came unravled the same day. The stylist had to start back over becuz the twist were bigger than what I showed her before she began. They arent a good salon for any styles that arent dreads from what I can tell.

I went to the location to talk to the stylist & schedule an appointment 2 weeks later. When I called to confirm the day before my appointment, told me I wasnt scheduled. Very unprofessional / rude, wouldnt recommend anyone to go here. Terrible....

Kim did such an awesome (and quick) job on palm-rolling my locs! I am amazed. I also appreciated the consultation on what to do with my dry scalp. I really appreciated the positivity and helpfulness. The pomade and anti-itch oil was everything!

DO NOT GET YOUR DREADS STARTED HERE. I did and my parts were extremely crooked and the roots were loose. It was absolutely awful. They are over priced and definitely not worth the money. Never going back again.
