I should have posted in a timely manner but this still is frustrating. About 3 months ago, June 2016, I "checked in" via my cell phone and when I walked in Great Clips, I was next on the monitor. The lady in the first booth opposite the monitor acknowledged me. When she finished her client, she asked me if I was local. I am from Lafayette, my parents live here. She then took the person below me on the monitor. She did this again when the other hairdresser was done. I could not believe it. I have used Great Clips in Indiana for years. I move to Georgia and this store takes whom they want regardless in check ins. I got up and walked out. It was the weekend and I wanted to relax. I would have given that lady a piece of my mind and I would not have let them touch my hair after that anyway. I now go to Fantastic Sams in Holly Springs when in Canton.
