I came in over the weekend. Figured Id give them a shot since Ive never been to a Great Clips. My hair falls just above my shoulders and I was simply wanting a trim so my hair can continue to grow out. The woman that attended me was nice but Im not sure how experienced she was. After wetting my hair, she started cutting away. She didnt section off my hair. She didnt even check to see if my hair part was straight (it wasnt). Thankfully I didnt have her touch the top layers or my bangs. I threw my hair up once I got home and didnt pay attention to it closely until today. There are bottom sections longer than others so the cut wasnt done evenly. Based on this experience I plan on never stepping foot inside a Great Clips. I honestly didnt think anything could go wrong since my cut was very simple but it did. It might be good for kids and men, but definitely not for women - even simple trims.

If I could give it no stars, I would have. Told the "stylist" short on the sides and leave enough to part the top. Told her she could use either scissors or clippers. Instead of using a different clipper guard on the top, she went from the back to the top in one stroke. I ended up with a buzz cut. I could have done that at home with my clippers. Thank god my hair grows back fast. I will go to see my old barber, Bernie at Barber for Days at Lost Mountain and Macland Roads, where I used to live. He listens and does a great job!

Would not go to again. Second time coming to this location. Showed a picture of what I wanted to the guy and he argued with me over what was the cut style was which was blatantly in front of him in the picture. Manager came up and tried to make a recommendation for product completely different than what I used based only on only asking what type of brand. If you want to make a sell on product, learn your customer more. Now I have to wait for 2 months for my hair to grow back to get it cut CORRECTLY somewhere else.

Just got my sweet toddlers haircut this morning and had an entertaining and great experience. I wish I had gotten the name of our stylist. We bonded over shared feminist beliefs after a male customer wasnt sure how to act like a human. She handled the situation so well when the man made snide remarks. She did a beautiful hair cut on my daughter and we will definitely figure out what her name is so we can have her next time. Overall we are delighted.

I just got my haircut today from Chastity, and I LOVE IT! I went in there with the idea that i wanted a short and classy side part and gave her full artistic expression, and she did phenomenal. Great conversation, lots of fun, and very professional. I will definitely come back in a month.

I went into this business to have my hair curled. There were 3 female employees in the shop and the shop was empty. I was told by all 3 female employees that they do not know how to do ethnic hair. I was very disappointed and I will never do business at this establishment.

Really great experience! Darren cut my hair and he was really knowledgeable about how to care for curly hair which I really appreciated. He also cut my hair exactly how I wanted. I will definitely go again!!
