Elizabeth was horrible and rude. She Obviously didnt want to be there. Ive been going to this location for 18 years and this is the first bad service Ive had. She had a bad attitude when I asked what the notes said I got done to my hair on my last visit, had no interest in offering advice (I mean shes a hair specialist), completely messed up my hair and did bare minimum. I asked for a beard trim but she didnt do it and by the time I was done with her awful service I didnt even want to remind her to do it so I just came home and did it myself.

Im not sure I would ever come back. It seems here that getting a haircut would be worse than not getting one at all. Im now on my way home to fix it so that I dont look silly when out in public. Could have probably done a better job myself. I would like to conclude that the barber that I had may have been inexperienced, and the others probably wouldnt have done as poorly, so for any potential customers: "Results may vary" should be considered.

The lady that cut my hair was very rude, and gave me a horrible haircut. She is not the only employee thats rude in this great clips, most of them are but she is the main one. My advice for you, never cut your hair here.

Ive always gone to Great Clips for their affordable pricing but they cant seem to cut my hair right anymore. Its really frustrating having to go back over what they didnt do correctly. I wont be going their anymore.
