I will never go back to this salon, and I recommend you dont either. I found this place shortly after they opened and was very excited about it; the place looked clean, the prices were reasonable, and it was very pretty inside. After my first pedicure, I noticed the polish was peeling off and my toenails had white patches underneath. I was told by their staff it was fine and to ignore it. I assumed it was the polish and avoided that brand. Fast forward 6 months and I decided to get french tips. When they exposed my nails underneath that polish and painted them clear, I noticed all the white patches on my nails (every toenail), with some yellow around the white on the big toes. I went to the doctor and I have been told I got toenail fungus from this salon. For them to ignore it, tell me it was nothing is not acceptable and I do not trust this facility anymore. Now it is the middle of the summer and I have to treat this fungus, which means I cant have polish on my toenails, plus wearing open toed shoes means Im showing the damage.

Nice space. Questionable customer service. Inconsistent job quality across nail techs. Still hoping that they will launch a massive training program and recover. In the mean time, either I will: (a) keep revolving through the doors of one-after-the-other nonchalant, non-service focused, walk-in nail salons until I find one that gets a A both in quality and in service; or (b) I will return to my award-winning nail tech (for 20YR...12 miles away) who understands the importance of training, quality and the diversity of the ATL customer base... even if we are "picky". Good luck. :)

First time visitor from out of town. As soon as you walk on it just feels classy/upscale. I loved the big/bright atmosphere! My FAVORITE thing was that my Mani/pedi was completed at the same time!! The amount of colors to choose from were almost overwhelming, but the manicurist helped me pick colors that matched for my toes. Complimentary beverages offered! Fabulous services! Great experience! Im legitimately sad I have to go back home where this place isnt!

Went for the first time and it was really good. The staff was really friendly and the place is beautiful. The person who did my nails was Lee, hes really friendly, great costumer service & he was really patient with me (since I didnt know what was better for my nails). He did SNS, perfectly! Really recommend this place, fast and good service with really good prices. Coming back for sure!

Dont understand why I have to argue with someone about what I have on my nails..... didnt even put lotion on my hands. Even the hood spots do that. Been going here since March. Idk what happened to lita but apparently when she left so did knowledge and customer service. I will be going to haute nail boutique going forward. I dont pay money to argue and relieve poor service

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My paint job was trash and so was the lady who did my nails. She wasnt taking her time. Hit my skin with the drill many times, and made my nails thin. She finished one hand and I got up and left. This will be my first and very last time coming to this salon. TERRIBLE JOB!

Technician did a terrible job. My nails look like I havent even had a mani and pedi. They were busy but the technician was clearly rushing. Nails were filed unevenly. Polish all over my fingers. To be fair I have been several times and only received one satisfactory mani and pedi.

Worst nail salon. Customer service is horrible. Got my nails done, less than 24 hr polish came off. Went back to get re-polish and they wanted to charge me. They inconvenience me why should I have to pay to get my nails re-polish. I do not recommend this nail salon.

Facility is nice and clean but it is poor quality. I usually get gel manicure and the gel would last any where between 2-3 weeks. I got my nails done 12/16 and by 12/22 the gel was chipped and peeling. Needless to say I wont be returning

I visited this place today and they did a terrible job. It was rushed and sloppy. I received a pedi. They completed it in 20 mins. I hardly write reviews but I had to help others out that may want to spend their money at this location.

DO NOT go to this nail salon very poor service ametur nail technicians . I recommend going across the street to Top Nails in the Publix shopping center they do an excellent job there.
