Wouldnt really recommend to anyone who has hair... Me and my mom both walked in and waited to get signed in, but no one would take the time to sign us in so we just sat down. Everyone saw us enter by the way. As we were waiting a couple of people came in as well and seated themselves, but they were quickly attended too unlike me and my mother. They proceeded to let 4 people in front of us before noticing we have not been helped and at this point we were about to walk out... After FINALLY getting signed in and asked to come in the hair, The women looked at me and asked what i would liked done. I explained what I would like to have done, which was " really nothing off the length just a trim on my split ends and refreshing of my layers". she looked at me and said "do you even want a hair cut"? I really didnt have a response but should have gotten up right then... but she cut my hair, did a alright job... but didnt really do what i asked... still have spit ends... Like i said... wouldnt really recommend to anyone because apparently cutting hair and customer service is too hard for this great clips

I usually get pretty good haircuts at this location, but on a recent visit, I got the worst haircut of my life! She seemed to be in a big hurry, which is a bad sign (she is no longer with the company). Sides werent blended well, hair on the top-back of my head was cut so short it wouldnt lay down for months, and the neckline was cut ridiculously too high. So, I went back for a "re-do" to have what could be fixed, fixed. I said "whatever you do, dont make the top-back shorter!" Well, she made it even shorter!! Incredible! I had to use gel on that area for 2-1/2 months until my next haircut! -- I usually get haircuts about every five weeks. I looked like hell, all through the holidays. I wrote to the company regarding this, got a response that this location was independently owned, and would receive a call from the franchisee. I got NO RESPONSE from him/her! Unbelievable!

Not the best experienced, took awhile for me to get signed in, Gale asked me what I wanted and told her to just take sime length off and we proceeded. When she asked me if I liked it, I asked her of she could take another inch off and she responded with "are you kidding me?" I was shocked and in my head Im thinking isnt tbis what I am paying you for, she gave me attitude, because I have a lot of hair. She then tried to be nice after not talking to me at all through the process just so she could get a tip, probably. Im a nice person and gave her a tip, but never going back there again. Go somewhere else.

Took my four year old for a haircut here. From the moment I walked in the door it was a bad experience. No one greeted me. All the workers looked ticked off. I told the woman to just even out my daughters hair. When she finished I looked at it and it was longer on one side than the other. I told her it looked uneven so she went to fix it and decided to give my daughter layers at the same time. My daughter has baby fine hair and I never asked for layers (remember when I said "even it out"?). It was so ridiculous and her hair, which grows very slow, looks horrible two months later.

I was so happy with my experience I wanted to write a review, then saw a bunch of 1 star ratings. I suppose, maybe they fired and hired the correct staff? Anyhow, I got a haircut way better than I have in a long time... wish I knew the womans name. She was African American, from Wisconsin and had an awesome personality... thats all I got. Typically I go to great clips at Kroger off HWY5 and Sixes road but I will probably start driving south to 92from now on. Lol, plus its next to Atlanta Bread and I love that place... new excuse!

This place sucks. Ive been there several times and most of the stylists appear to have attitude problems. Almost like they dont want to be there. Last straw for me was when I went there with my 8 year old boy who is a little hyper. And nobody wanted to cut his hair. Over an hour later and they where still skipping us giving other walk ins priority. I thought it was a one off and I sent my wife with him a month later and same issue. Never again. Go spend your money somewhere else.

If you go in for anything other then shaving your head bald, you will be disappointed. I even asked before the haircut if they are comfortable doing what I asked which was a 0 to the part and combover into a high fade, and lone and behold it looks like I fought with a lawn mower and the lawn mower won. I normally go to Daves down the street, but they are closed on Sunday and Monday. Learned my lesson. Now to find somewhere to fix this mess.

I like that they typically do a good job and its dirt cheap . Most of the stylists are kinda rude and are more interested in cutting your hair the way they want to versus how you want which usually means you have to keep asking them to cut more. They also tend to miss hairs that I need to cut later that day.

I was next on the list and they let four people ahead of because of people using the app I waited 45 min and they were still letting people ahead of me plus the hair cuts coming out didnt look professional

Went in for a 2in trim, got an unwanted 3in trim. I have been to this location before, and received decent, not great, haircuts. Not the first bad one i have received here. Do not recommend.

They are absolutely god awful you might get a haircut that is good but your most likely going to get one that looks like a child cut your hair.
