If it would let me go below one star I would. Ive had my hair cut there twice a month going on two years and theyve always been fantastic. Except this time, Ive let the staff cut however they wanted as long as the sides in the back or shaved, always good. I dont know if the girl was new or just unable to figure out how to do the cut but the manager had to finish up the haircut she offered to give it to me for free I insisted on paying and leaving. This wasnt for a free haircut because I did pay and theres a sizable chunk out of top of my hair. Worst haircut Ive ever had

Best Great Clips location that Ive been to in Northern Kentucky. They are the only ones that consistently cut my kids hair correctly every time. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I always go to this location.

Love the Convenience of Great Clips and their App, but they are expensive. Wish they would at least give you a coupon every time you visited that lasted at least 2 months, that would help.

Really bad hair cut today, the lady that usually cuts my hair quiet, so I let someone else do it, bad idea. Looks like total crap even cut off half of my left eyebrow. Never again
