Reception was rude as I was checked in because I could not have understand her question. I asked for 3 inches to be cut off and got more like 5-6 inches cut off. The layers are very choppy and uneven, not blended at all. I will absolutely never again go to a great clips again. I implore you to do the same unless you dont care what your hair looks like.

Rude reveiption and non professional customer service. The management looks really non professional; if a customer were to walk up to you in the store and complain, you’d respond, right? Yet customers complainings on the reviews here are completely ignored, while the positive reviews are always welcome by the "businesses owner" !

The girls that work here are great and when you tell them that you want a certain cut they really listen to you and ask questions about what you want out of your hairdo .This is to thank Kim for the great service and hair cut I got April 26 on Senior citizens day. THANKS KIM.

I visited this couple of time before and it was good but this time it was horrible. Uneven length, got a patch on side. The lady was not even bothered about measuring. She hardly spent 3 minutes cutting my hair. I will never visit again this place.

I asked this one guy to put layers in my hair and he literally only did half of my hair. They didnt even look like layers. Also really bad customer service, well just that guy. The ladies seemed nice

Worst salon I have ever been to. The girl at the reception desk was horrible and the lady who gave me a haircut had no idea what she was doing. You guys should just close ur salon.
