I have never been to a place where I have heard more rude comments, not directed to me but as I got a haircut, I could hear. Horrible attitudes at this location. Plus if you ever want to smoke a cigarette indoors while getting a haircut, go on a cold day when they are not busy. It seems like the manager ( who smokes ) and the other smoking employees do not understand that others can smell it and smoke in the back room. Which if you look back there you can see them. They crack the door thinking that will solve the issue. I go to another Great Clips now............. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND ATTITUDE...... I did report this place to both their corporate office and the state of ohio for the smoking.

I could not give 0 star here. It is all because of one employee. Manager should remove that employee. I visited this place today 8/20 for haircut at 11:15am. I dont remember the name of that stupid employee. I was sitting on second table on the right. I think i was the first customer of that employee. The employee was busy talking with other customers. She ruined my hair. I asked her to cut more shorter but she refused she said she cant go more shorter. I cam this place before also but at time the other employee was able to cut my hair as per my request but the one today was rude. Manager you should remove such employee.

SO DISAPPOINTED!! Never coming again, it looks like they put a bowl on my sons head and then cut around in a circle. They RUINED his picture day and now he looks like the character from Dumb & Dumber. People like the person who cut his hair, seriously shouldnt be allow to "style" hair for a living. I shouldnt have to pay for this, they should be paying me for causing emotional stress to my 12 years old son days before his picture day.

My husband took both of our boys had previously been there and I actually cried tears for the first time over a childs haircut. Both of them were absolutely horrendous but one particularly brought tears to my eyes. With seven children and as many haircuts as weve been through Ive never in my life experience such a horrible haircut in my life. I would avoid this place at all cost.

Fast and consistent. Ive never had a long wait (though I check in online more so now). I always get a good, fast haircut at this location. The staff is friendly. Theres always multiple customers but theyre moved through fast.

Lynn did a great job cutting my hair and getting me out the door in under 15 minutes. The cut is just as good as one I used to pay twice as much for.
