Casey is the best! Always pleasant and professional. Yesterday Casey and another stylist talked about their goal to sell the most product. A holiday challenge. I didnt get the other stylists name to mention but I have to say... If I were a franchise owner these are the types of employees I would want on my team. They are go getters, positive professionals. Thank you Great Clips for keeping my experience positive each and every time I visit your shop in Trenton, Ohio. Ive been going to Casey for quite a while. Shes the best!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

When I cut off 8+ inches, I liked the cut I asked for and was given. My only problem is my hair air dries in frizzy, poofy curls and since they cut hair wet, I expected them to blow dry or "style" my hair before I left. They didnt and I walked out looking like a poodle! It wasnt a huge deal that day as I was heading back home anyway, but seems like theyd want to show off the best of their work as people leave the business, especially since they never know where the person is headed or who theyll tell did their hair.

Have been there a few times. I will never go back. They dont know what they are doing. Have called there to ask questions & they are rude.all i can say is learn to listen to the customer & learn to cut or style someones hair.

Weekday staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Ive never had a good experience with weekend staff though. Prices continue to rise every time I visit.
