For anyone considering going to Hair Art Studio, I definitely recommend it and the owner, Kat! I just had the Japanese Straightening done on my hair at Hair Art Studio; Kat, who did my hair, was so professional and inviting and being a freshmen in college, even though I was nervous to get my hair straightened at first, she was extremely flexible with scheduling. Any questions that I had, I could call and she was happy to answer! I am now a sophomore in college, and just had it straightened again, as I have thick hair that now required me to come in again, but once again, I followed all of her helpfully detailed instructions afterward and my hair turned out exactly as I wanted it! My hair is not even close to being able to deal with, and I honestly was apprehensive about how much the hair treatment could even do, but Kat assured me that she would do her best, and she definitely surpassed all of my expectations. Both of the times I went in I had extremely pleasant experiences, and I definitely recommend this hair studio to anyone looking for a phenomenal hair salon with a fantastic and personable hair artist! I wouldn’t go to any other salon or let anyone else treat my hair after having the experience I did with Kat, 10 out of 10! -Maayan Y.

I recieved the Japanese hair straightening service and it was an all-around INCREDIBLE experience. The atmosphere of the salon is so welcoming and Kat couldnt have been better. I was very nervous about getting this service done but Kat calmed those nerves immediately. She is amazing with hair and did the impossible for my dry, curly and unmanageable hair (which is now shiny, straight and beautiful). It is a super easy process and even though it is time consuming, Kat made the entire day enjoyable. She has an answer to every question and lights up the room with her personality. Anyone who is considering this service should 100% contact Kat, I promise you wont regret it. I couldnt be more thankful and I will certainly be back!

After receiving a less than desirable cut from my previous salon, I set out to find another that would help me love my hair again. I work downtown Cincinnati and after reading some of the reviews for Hair Art Studio I decided to go down there during lunch. I was quite nervous to go to a new hair stylist but after sitting with Kat and listening to her explain what she can do for me, I was much more at ease. 20 minute dry cut later, I emerged a new person! I absolutely recommend Kat and The Hair Art Studio as I love my color and cut! Thanks Kat, I will keep sending people your way!

I have been a customer of Hair Art Studio since February 2014. The first day that I walked in I met Kat ONeal the owner of the Studio. As a Regional Sales Manager working with Fortune 500 Companies, I realize how important first impressions can be. As you walk in the studio you are greeted with a large open modern space. The studio is set up Second to none. Kat took the time to know about me and what I do. I have never had such a great experience with getting my hair done. As the seasons change so does the way my hair style. If you are looking for the best, this is it!

I am new to the downtown Cincinnati area and I decided to give Hair Art Studio a try. My hair was long overdue of needing a color touch up as well as some fresh highlights and Kat, the owner, did a fantastic job!! She is extremely professional, skilled at what she does and most importantly, does an amazing job of listening to what you want. I have extremely long and thick hair and from start to finish, she did exactly what I was looking for. I will be going back and hope to make this my new hair salon!!! Highly recommended!

Since I am new to Cincinnati, I relied on google reviews to pick a salon for me. I ended up having an awesome experience at Hair Art Studio with Kat! She was super knowledgeable and helpful and mixed me a beautiful color, letting me make all of the decisions. She also did an e-cure treatment on my hair that removed the damage of my previous box dyes and bleaching. On top of her experience, Kat was a really fun person to talk which made the visit even more enjoyable.

She gave me styling tips, ideas for future visits, and recommendations on what type of shampoos to use. I was a walk in and got scheduled for 2 days later! Kat is very knowledgable, and she fit my haircut and my boyfriends cut in on short notice. I also really liked the atmosphere of her shop. It was very comfortable and welcoming. She gave my boyfriend info he needed about hair loss and he really appreciated it. I highly recommend this salon.

~~~ BEST SALON IN TRI-STATE AREA ~~~ Ive been here twice now and I cant speak highly enough about the experience. Its the kind of place with a personal touch, run by the type of owner that will remember your name. Simply one of the best salons Ive ever been to in my life. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
