Ive been a member at this gym for 3-4 years. The staff is super friendly and nice. The trainer Phil, is great at what he does and is super helpful. He answers any questions I have and is very serious about his job. He is willing to help anyone and everyone. The rest of the staff is great too! They make sure its clean and are friendly to everyone. I have never had one bad experience in the years I have been going there. People just need to have patience and realize that people get busy helping others and the world dont revolve around them. You dont like it there carry on and go else where and I can promise you, you still wont get all the attention your are seeking for.

This company is a scam! Their contract says the payment will be taken out on or around 17th of the month. Which saying around is a very large statement! My payment was taken out the 14th well before the 17th. Was not "pending " my bank statement did not say pending it was already taken out of my account like I said previously. I asked for my money back and at this location I talked to the manager Mike and he was very rude and disrespectful on the phone. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will never return!

This gym is awesome. Everything is super clean and everyone is very nice. Brand new equipment of all sorts and even tvs linked up to treadmills with headphone jacks. And ipod ports where u can charge ur ipod while listening and jogging. Amazing design. Lots of money put into this place and its one of the cheapest gyms around....if not THE cheapest. So much more to it.

On 02-5-2015 My car along with one other was broken into and my wallet stolen. Their parking lot camera ( 1 ) is located at the back of the building and offers no security as no one parks that far back. The other members car was parked in the front lot. There is no camera there. If there had been more security cameras the thieves would be caught!!!

First of all, the staff the I came in contact with were NOT friendly. In fact they were extremely rude. Second, I paid 61$ to CANCLE my membership and after it was cancelled I was charged again for 41$. And I was NOT refunded. I will never go back and I will not waste my time referring anyone whatsoever to this place. Scam artists is what they are.

I love this gym. The staff are super friendly and the locker rooms and equipment are always clean. Ive also never had any problems with my membership payments, theres a very detailed explanation when ou sign up about what payments come or when.. I enjoy the black card benefits. The tanning beds are AWESOME.

I love working out here, its close and convenient. And you cant beat the price. The machines are great, but the attitudes from certain employees are extremely rude and immature at times. Making someone feel like their unwelcome somewhere they pay money to be is flat out disrespectful.

The employees are friendly and start to build a relationship with you if you converse with them. The locker rooms are clean. Genuinely, My only problem is that they dont have free WiFi (at least not that I have figured out).

Why is the womens bathroom always dirty? The paper towel dispensers are hardly ever full. Normally I would understand but theres always at least 3-4 workers standing behind the desk.

I was a dedicated member for many years. The place is always clean and the staff very helpful. Rarely saw any machines that were not working. Well worth the $10.00 per month.
