The Worx is a great gym. Its not huge, but there is a plethora of equipment. There are machines, free weights, kettle bells, ladder, ellipticals, treadmills and rowing machines. Its a 24 hour gym with showers for those going to or from work. Jim and Maryam are extremely welcoming. When I first joined, Maryam took me through the gym and answered all questions I had. I asked her if she could train me and she said yes. There are also other trainers. Shes very strict. You dont just work out-you follow an eating regime geared toward your own body. She holds me accountable-I have to take a picture of everything I eat. Then she lets me know if Ive done well or where I can improve. In the past month, Ive lost 11lbs, and I asked to keep going. Love it here!

At the end all that matters is the money. Was told an instructor would contact me to help with a workout that never happened, which made me lose the motivation to go as I didnt know what to workout really. Paid 11 months without using the facilities, wad charged an annual fee which could not even be refunded 3 days later (really? Im not even using the place) plus the cancellation fee of $25. Wish at least a notice was given that my membership was about to be renewed for a year because now im out almost 90 bucks for nothing plus 11 months of fees. Would have been content with getting a refund of the annual fee that I am obviously not using, but I guess squeezing someone dry is more important that giving good service.

Ive been a member since February and Jim and Maryam have both made me feel welcome from Day 1. Ive had memberships at other gyms in the past, but I never felt like I belonged, then would quickly lose interest and stop going. They are always there, always giving instruction and encouragement, and are interested in seeing you reach your goals. The gym itself has all the equipment you need for whatever workout style you want, and they just recently brought in even more equipment. Everything is always kept in great condition and the gym is always clean. Cant beat the price, equipment, or the people!

I joined The Worx a few weeks ago and I am loving it. I am visiting FL from TN and Jim, the owner has made me feel so comfortable and so welcome. The gym has all the equipment you could possibly want and/or need and you get to enjoy your workout in a great atmosphere. Most of the cardio machines have TVs that you can watch during your workout, free Wifi to stream your music and there are plenty of machines to go around so you never have to worry about not having a spot. Im so glad that I found The Worx to be my out of town gym!

I joined here only a couple months ago and already absolutely love it. The owners are great, friendly, and have all the knowledge to help you succeed. I had never belonged to a gym before but I wanted to get a plan going and to be committed to it. Seeing as I didnt know where to start, the owner, Jim, was more than happy to help me from the first day to get a plan going on what to do and how to progress. There are definitely no judgments at this gym and I feel very happy with choosing this gym as my first one!

Getting into the gym used to be a struggle for me until I decided to join at The Worx. It is convenient to where I live--just a few blocks outside of my complex. I can go at any time since it is 24 hours. It is a gym where there is no intimidation, and where the owners are friendly, personable, and they always greet you when you arrive. I especially like the fact that they make it a point to just check-in with me during my workout to see how things are going. I couldnt ask for a better gym experience.

Low monthly price, always open, plenty of cardio machines, weights, and other equipment like medicine balls, platforms for box jumps, giant tires, ropes, and other fun stuff. Jim has been happy to show me how to use equipment I didnt know what to do with and I took a small group class with Maryam that kicked my butt (a good thing). The other trainers are very friendly and The Worx is just around the corner from where I live. I recommend it.

Excellent place! I cant believe that it is such a low price with so many up to date and current machines. Plenty of free weights, tread mills, ellipticals, and every other machine you can think of. Very safe and clean. I cant find a bad thing about it. The owners are extremely nice and make you feel very comfortable and welcomed when you come in. It definitely is a family place and there is not reason to go anywhere else.

I love this gym! From day one I thought the place was perfect, wasnt packed shoulder to shoulder, had plenty of free weight, all my favorite cardio equipment and a nice selection of machines and more! the owner as very cool, I had a good vibe about the place from day one and its the first place I mention if I refer anyone to a gym. Give it a shot if you havent already Im sure you will be hooked.

The Worx is an awesome neighborhood gym; Jim and Maryum make a great team and its always a pleasure to see them. They just added a whole bunch of new equipment and they are both always working hard to make the Worx the best place to work out. The Worx is an impressive establishment where Ive been training since 2012. Whats more convienent than a gym thats stays open 24 hours ? The owners are always in a great mood and make you feel welcomed. The facility itself remains clean & well kept. It has improved over the years with new equipment and increased space. I get the best session in everytime!

Kids In School used to bully me and throw dirt In my face and make me eat grass like the little cow I was. But now that Ive been hitting the worxs gym now I throw it right back in at them. no one bullys me now. Been going to the gym a few times a week now and definitely seeing results. Fantastic staff and friendly people. A fantastic gym to go to.

The Worx has got to be one of the best gyms I have been too in the past 4 years since I started my training. The equipment beats every gym out right and the environment only makes it better. An old school feel with updated equipment and super friendly help for not only personal training but just the everyday lifting advice. 5 stars from me.

Look no further for a locally owned & operated gym where there is "No Judgement". They dont care your fitness background, only your fitness goals of where you want to be this time next year.
