I have been into fitness ever since I was 14 years old, now 23, I went to snap for a couple of months while in transition of moving out of the army and back into a civilian lifestyle, I must say it has one of the most open gym communities I have ever seen, everybody is very welcoming and friendly, especially the staff. I trained with Alex who is one of the personal trainers there, and he is very knowledgeable, has plenty of experience, and helped me increase my many of my lifts significantly! This gym has great trainers, up to date equipment, and is an excellent place to exercise that truly holds NO JUDGEMENT (unlike the gyms that claim this) I would definitely return to Snap Fitness with no doubt in my mind. PS - the only reason I left was due to a last minute relocation in my residence and I could not handle the commute of being 15 miles away.

A very good gym at a reasonable price. Ive been going here for about a year now. The gym is always clean and has a nice selection of machines, free weights and treadmills etc. Also there is a side exercise room for doing stretches and other exercise that require a little extra room. They staff some personal trainers but I cant comment on those since I havent used them. Its also a 24 hr gym which is great if you need some flexibility in your schedule to go when its convenient for you. Id give it 5 stars except that I really cant stand the top 50s music station that is on constant rotation. You can only take so much of the same dance music over and over. I wear headphones as does most of the other people I see there. Also they could benefit from a few other pieces of equipment. Overall a very good club for training.

The Owners are AWESOME. They set up a workout program and followup with me all the time. I know that I am in good hands with these guys. Place is always clean. They actually set up a workout routine for me based on my needs. I highly recommend Snap Lithia

Not only is it a good location for all of Fishhawks residents but a gym staffed with trainers who can take your body building to the next level or kick your cardio butt! Snap is a great compliment to the areas fittness demands in my opinion.
