The people was really nice but i was not satisfied at all with the haircut my son got. I took in a picture and i even explained how i wanted it and the lady that did the cut didnt do anything i asked for it looks horrible , even the line that was suppose to be put in his hair is slighted and its suppose to be straight back. If you getting a haircut i dont recommend this place (hair stylist with short blonde hair). I will never go back there again. The prices are way too high and the haircuts are horrible. Im so upset with the haircut and the fact my son has to walk around with the messed up horrible cut that the "hair stylist " did.

The manager is kind and accommodating, as well as the team, including the receptionists. They carry large varieties of Aveda product to sell and Aveda products are also used in their styling and hair color, the best natural product! The Head Shed offers many services, i.g. all hair services along with waxing, nails, facials and massage services, all available to date. They remember who you are while being warm and professional in the care of their large clientele. Ive never had a bad or poor quality experience, great atmosphere!

no Id rather not but was client for 8 yrs so this was no petty misunderstanding I was treated like trash by owner and stylist who booked someone on top of me never would listen first time I ever ask for money back ever the worst haircuts ever at other places but only for cut not color now I can barely walk and have had other well known places mess my hair up one it took me a yr to get the brass out. I did nothing wrong.

Found a huge bleached spot on the top of my head when I got home. Told the shop owner and she agreed to reimburse me AND fix the spot. Shop cancelled on me the day of the touch up appt AND they refused to give me my money back. Poor highlights, poor service, shame on you. Head Shed! If I could attach a picture, I would. Do NOT spend your money here!!

They took the time to consult me on what I wanted and what could be done. The price was affordable, they use and stock a large selection of Aveda products, which causes a strong smell in the waiting room (so minus a star for that).
