My first time here from out of state. Warm welcome from the awesome staff! They have everything there! Including my personal favorite, I call it the cross training area but the actual name is PF 360 it allows for even more to include with your workout like kettle bells and ropes etc. Its a huge plus for me when locations have this!! Also, Ive started getting into their Total Body Enhancement machine that supposed to help with scaring and even skin tone plus relaxation and a slight shaking motion to help with toning etc. Definitely something to look more into, I forgot what else they said, Im running on no sleep so I apologize. Heres pictures below of it, just image a stand up tanning bed without the tanning aspect. I kind of wish you could tan as well during it and have it as a opinion, maybe down the road theyll include that! Thanks PF you guys rock!!

I decided to attend this gym because my work had a discount program. My first time attending I witnessed the manager and another girl argue and fight at the desk over an alleged rape or sexual misconduct. I dont know if this was in regards to a fellow employee, a gym member or something personal. All I can say is it left a very poor taste in my mouth due to the language and lack of professionalism. This gym has a very high turn over in employees and I cannot continue to condone this type of business or ownership. I am definitely cancelling my membership and going to another gym. Additionally, the womans locker room could be cleaned more frequently. I absolutely hate that there is long hairs in the drain so I typically drive 20 mins back home to shower before going back to work, which is a HUGE inconvenience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM.

Not sure what to say. I was like 95% ready to join this place. Looked clean, and large enough for what I do. I currently work out at La Fit, which is very good, but $20. I could cut my price in half, so I was pretty much ready to make the move. They refused to let me try out the gym, before joining. Never seems that before, at any gym. I asked for a 3 day pass, and was told a One day pass to try it was $20. So if I want to try it out, I would have to just to join. This is a big decision, I did not want to rush it. Just felt kind of brushed off, I mean I am a professional adult, with i.d. and a current gym membership, but I guess I was expecting too much to do a 3 day trial. Needless to say I just left, and was a little puzzled

Joined with a friend since I am not a member myself. I can see now why planet fitness is so popular. The place is clean and the machines look nice. Does not have a muscle gym feel but they still have some of the equipment for getting a great workout. Lots of cardio equipment to choose as well. The only thing I did not like about the atmosphere of the place is the amount of people in the gym. Like any gym it can get crowded especially in the busy times but this location seemed to never have a down time. Sometimes getting a piece of equipment took a while because of the amount of people there and it was during a normal gyms downtime.

Gym is clean and plenty of friendly staff, at least one even remembers my name when I come in. Machines are all new and working properly. Nice layout and black card perks are nice. Can get a little busy on Saturday mornings and after work on a week day but Ive never had to wait for a machine. First gym I actually look forward to going to. Open 24hrs sold me right away. Only complaint is the music is too loud. 99% of the customers have headphones in and the other 1% are trying to talk to the person they came with. The gym music is audible with headphones in which is distracting.

Stop in here tonight and it was wonderful!! I usually go to Pickerington until I came here!! Theres more equipment to choose from tanning beds are awesome because its a actual tanning bed and a room not bulbs a 4x4 box with chicken fence around the bulbs. I get the heck scratched out of me in Pickerington with there chicken fence around there bulbs! Staff was very friendly and willing to help!! I will be bringing the staff by free pizza on my next visit tomorrow!!!!! Gahanna rocks! Pickerington

Very nice place. Good philosophy. Four start instead of five because there seems to be a lot of maintenance that needs done all the time--specifically with plumbing. One of the water fountains was leaking for over a week at one point. Probably not a reflection of this particular staff and more a reflection of the corporate structure, is my guess--but it is very easy to have a good experience here. And the cost is unbeatable.

Wife and I just joined tonight. How do you not get the black card membership. They offer so much bang for you 20 bucks. I have a membership at LA fitness but Planet Fitness being open 24/7 is a big perk for me. Everyone we talked to and met this evening were so friendly and nice. I noticed when members walked in they were always greeted by a staff member. That rarely happens at other gyms.

Nice and clean, but really disappointed with service. I asked for assistance with equipment. The girl gave me attitude when I asked for assistance with setting a treadmill to interval runs. Early morning staff is not approachable for help with other equipment. Really considering discontinuing membership because I end up going to other gyms for group fitness classes.

Clean, affordable, convenient. A solid 24 hour gym for only $10 per month. Franchises are popping up everywhere so there is likely one close to you. I do mostly cardio and they have the stair machine I prefer. No pool or towel service. A good gym if you dont need all the extras comprising sauna, track, pool, tennis, racquetball, aerobics and other classes, etc.

Great planet fitness location, very clean equipment and facility. Staff are helpful and friendly! They have a personal trainer on site for those who want one, and small training classes. There is a full trx gym setup inside as well as other station based workout programs to do in addition to the many weight machines and treadmill equipment.

Great gym for staying in shape on a budget. If you are looking to fit in a workout into your schedule and just need a place in your neighborhood, this could work for you. Adequate assortment of machines, and a clean, no-judgement environment. I use the basic plan so I have a place where I can get steps in inclement weather.

Staff does not monitor all equipment. When issues were brought up to staff, particularly another member breaking rules clearly posted on the wall, I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Nice facility, but dont expect staff to assist you at all.

Really impressive planet fitness. Good variety of equipment, very friendly staff, extremely clean and well maintained. Dumbells max out at 75lbs. Black card amenities include HydroBeds, massage chairs, tanning, and red light therapy.

Great gym for the most part. However, a gym without scales is sort of ridiculous. I get the judgement free angle for the most part, but tracking your progress is a big part of your fitness journey.
